Yeosang and Wooyoung’s roles in the ATEEZ Universe + Overall universe theory

I will be referencing the Wonderland post I made last night about WONDERLAND, so even if you don’t want to read it you can use it as a reference!

brief summary of the overall universe theory:

“the suited ATEEZ in WONDERLAND become Dark ATEEZ, while those in WONDERLAND wearing normal clothes are “Real ATEEZ” from Say My Name that come together to escape, with WonderATEEZ going after them, now disguised as Dark ATEEZ.  

Wooyoung is an infiltrated enemy from the WonderATEEZ/Dark ATEEZ side who is hijacking Real ATEEZ’s efforts by putting them in an Illusion. Yeosang is the Treasure Real ATEEZ go look for on Say My Name.

also ATEEZ’s new journey will start from TREASURE (which I believe to be the ending of the arc), and will tie them to the Man In White and the ATEEZ In White we were introduced to in the ANSWER stage.

edit: since the Prequel arc is named ZERO, and the Pirate King/Treasure album is named All To Zero, this follows the theory. However I believe that the ending of HALA HALA might lead directly to the Diary Film.”

now, I’ll explain my reasoning behind it!

let’s start with Wooyoung’s overall theory: I believe that he’s secretly on WonderATEEZ/Dark ATEEZ side, I was going to mention this on the WONDERLAND post but thought it would be better to explain it here. I believe he’s the one keeping ATEEZ in the Illusion to stop them from actually reaching their destiny. the reaosns why I believe this theory is true are:

1. the Say My Name salute

this is literally what made me make the conexion between WONDERLAND and Say My Name.

Wooyoung makes the WonderATEEZ salute in Say My Name. these scenes of him are tinted red, which is the color associated with Dark ATEEZ. this also expains why there’s an emphasis on him in the ebginning of HALA HALA

and why he’s the only one standing at the end, mask off and mouth covered in red

2. The ILLUSION MV

I can’t go thought this hourglass thing again, but in general terms, Wooyoung is in control of the hourglass/time in this universe, or holds a key to it. this might mean in control of the Illusion itself. there’s also a fast succesion that show these together, which I believe is a sign that there is atraitor on board

I believe that the glass ball represents ATEEZ’s Illusion world they are trapped in.

I mentioned this in the color theory post, but when he makes the water turn blue. ATEEZ are transported to an utopia like wolrd

this just shows that he is in controlover this world. I believe this is him trapping them in the Illusion and making them follow the Dark ATEEZ that shows up at the end

3. The WAVE MV

I only noticed this recently, but at the beginning of WAVE all members of ATEEZ are separated and sleeping. except Wooyoung.

the first time we see him he’s already awake, because he hasn’t been sleeping at all. he’s awake because he’s the only one not on the Illusion.

now this shot to me seems like he’s watching his plans unfold from above, keeping an eye on the rest of the members. this might explain why WAVE shows the words “utopia” during the ANSWER comeback stage

3. the ANSWER stage comeback

I go back to this stage a lot, because of how significant it is. in here, Wooyoung is kind of the representative of Dark ATEEZ.

and also, when showing a picture of WONDERLAND, Wooyoung is only one in it. that scene in WODNERLAND to me just seems like Wooyoung is being summoned by WonderATEEZ.

now, about Yeosang and the treasure

they are both obviously tied, as seen in many MVs.

now as I said, I believe the Yeosang is this arcs treasure. he’s what ATEEZ are looking for, because they need him.

remember, ATEEZ can only reach UTOPIA if they are all together. so they need to rescue him from the glass cage. maybe that’s why both Dark ATEEZ and Real ATEEZ want to get to him, and why Wooyoung keeps him close. my theory is that the “Real ATEEZ” from WONDERLAND and SMN come together to get him, because they need him to go on their journey.

now, on my WONDERLAND post I mentioned I believed the timeline is: 

WONDERLAND  → HALA HALA / Say My Name  → Treasure

I believe that the TREASURE arc ends with the TREASURE MV, and it will be the beginning of their next journey. In the end, ATEEZ find their treasure. it’s confirmed, in fact

and when that’s mentioned, curiously, it mostly only shows images of Yeosang.

I think Real ATEEZ managed to free Yeosang and move to Treasure now that they are finally all together.

In ILLUSION, Yeosang is represneted marking the final X on the map, a symbol that he is “the key” to find the treasure

also during the ANSWER stage, when showing ILLUSION, they show this:

now, I don’t know how all the timelines and universe tie to each other. but I believe Yeosang is always placed aside for a reason. I touched briefly on this on the Seonghwa/Wooyoung theory, but the HALA HALA choreography is interesting because instead of pairing Yeosang with somebody to keep the balance, they put him aside like an extra piece

and also while performing HALA HALA on their comeback stage, the lights are red except on Yeosang’s part, when they turn blue, before they go back to red right after he finishes it

I don’t have much to say about this, only that I believe we’ll get more about this TREASURE/Man In White stuff very soon. just watching today’s ATEEZ ANSWER stage wearing their Pirate King white outfits while the dancers wear the white masks.... yeah

Then I Saw A Rainbow

Some days are better than others. I thank God that I can go for weeks, sometimes months without feeling lonely. But, occasionally, it happens. Usually, when other circumstances in my life are not going the way I want them to go, I start lamenting that I would not even care about these other circumstances if I had a relationship. If I had a relationship, then I would have the support I need to pursue my dreams. Maybe, if I had a relationship, I would not even have the same dreams and none of it would matter. 

One morning on the way to church, which is usually when the devil tries to get all up in my ear, I was just feeling down. Though I know it is not true, I felt like no one really cared about me. I tried to listen to music and sing, which almost always makes me feel better, but it didn’t work. This was just going to be one of those funky days. I would get to church, plaster a fake smile on my face, worship, and then, go home and feel sorry for myself.

In the midst of my pity party, I felt a prompting to look in the rearview mirror, and then, I saw a rainbow. Rainbows are a symbol of God’s covenant that He would never flood the Earth again; they are also a sign to me that God is sovereign and has everything under control, even when the flood waters of life start to rise. Immediately, I felt better. I knew that I did not have to worry about anything that was going on in my life. God has everything under control.

Not only does He have everything under control, but He knows what He is doing. He knows what we need and when we need it. So, we can make ourselves miserable by looking around at what other people have or we can praise God for what we have. Anything, any blessing under the sun that is meant for me, will be mine in God’s appointed time. The same goes for you. 

God is with us all the time. He will give us the strength we need to get through the tough times. And, when we can no longer carry the weight, He will hold us up. He will carry us and help us. There is no need to worry or fear or be dismayed, if God is your God. Will we feel down sometimes? Absolutely; just don’t stay down. Think of the rainbow, God’s promise that He is in control. Then, pick yourself up and enjoy living the life that He has given you.

Thank You, God for being in complete controlover my life and every circumstance.

Please forgive me for worrying when things don’t go my way.

Lord, please help me to see the rainbow, the promise of your power,in every situation in my life.

This article wasn't created with the intent of demonized police officers, being fair, most of them are ignorant of this history as well. In the Southern United States, law enforcement was created to control the movement of slaves, patrolling to prevent escapes and catch escapees. In the beginning, the slave patrols were made up of volunteers. However, this system didn't work, so the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina were first in creating slave patrol units. The officers in these units were called patrollers, which etymologically comes from the French word pattroulier. Thus we get the modern term Pat-rol/Patrol officers, in later years, Patrol officers became general police officers for all communities. Yet and still, their primary objective was to patrol and control the movement of slaves. This system didn't disappear post-emancipation proclamation, but rather gained more power to harass and terrorize newly freed slaves via the enactment of new laws and codes. Here's a list of various codes and laws from this period, as you will see nothing has changed: 1. Pig Laws unfairly penalized poor African Americans for crimes such as stealing a farm animal. And vagrancy statutes made it a crime to be unemployed. Many misdemeanors or trivial offenses were treated as felonies, with harsh sentences and fines. 2.
