Building a Cardboard Iron Man Suit || The CHEST!

Our son said this guy could make a cardboard template and it would be like a template for clothing and people know how to do it and you can make this on a cardboard and a Comic-Con they have things you can spray on it to make it hard in both sides and it can get kind of thick 316 each side he didn't do that and he did not make the templates which would have where you bend it and things like that you can order a small medium large extra large 2XL etc you could make you can make this in the computer and then test it and test each size and sell the templates and you use a certain type of cardboard it's not really cardboard that's fibrous it's like a panel and then you would coat it. And it takes like three layers to get the 3/16" the sun actually wants to do it and it comes out like durable plastic and it is an epoxy and you need a special mask to spray it and the trumpsters should love it because it's highly flammable when you're making it afterwards it kind of smolders doesn't really catch fire that good while you're doing it if you don't use proper protection you could become stupid. It's a huge idea and it would revolutionize cosplay but right now there's so many damn foams and they're hard to cut and they're hard to get the state put never works that great falls apart and most especially important this stuff is not as hot you're inside a suit and you put some vents in that are colored but it's not in contact with you mostly and you're in the air conditioning and you open the helmet and the heat goes out and it works pretty good. And the way you attach it together makes it easy to put on that would be included in the instructions people who make those accessories and the paints and the glue and the spray material you could put those advertisements in the kit this is a nice way to do it. When you spray on the coating it it's forgiving and it fills in problems and smooths it out and only the major creases will show and this person may have done some mock-ups. He was astounded and thought he could make some molds out of it and our sunset your translated to the computer then you have it cut it out and he says oh I can do it that way too I and a lot of people have that so he's getting this going and you suddenly said spending time making fake armor in a sense as I know why so you start doing it and this kit should come out it's not too cheap it's a lot less than the cosplay. The templates and instructions those are they're like 200 and something dollars but iron Man cosplay usually is around $1,500 and that's for like the low end this would be a mid end it has a lot of doodads and special touches so yeah the final coat you would be coloring it and it's like a plastic gel coat and it protects it and these things are not easy to form that's a template I am and you cut it and you fold it like it says and you glue it it's pretty damn close the material handles in a way that makes it a lot easier. It's like a thin plastic sheet you can bend and stuff like that it works good. It's not really plastic it's the mix of paper and plastic and you could probably get recycled grocery bags they'll both types and make the paper sheets or what have you and people could make their own and when you make the parts and they're fully done in the suit fits you you make molds and you make armor and there's a lot of people who want to do that and a lot of people know how to and our son says most people on earth are not metal Smiths and they don't know how two join the middle or melted and put it in a form.

This life is sometimes bad and my mom grabbed my my husband's wrist and made him bleed a little with her fingernail. My son is getting some stuff done today that's our son I said. And his back is a little sore but he thought he would go out and see what the atmosphere is because today is a time of hardship and a day where it's needed to have exposure he is proceeding West towards fisherman's village and we'll try and go online it's downtown area depressed area there's a bunch of flooding from the recent rains and people have ponds in their neighbor's yard and it's rather disgusting it stinks I don't think that this is a decent atmosphere for our Sunday in any way it's not even very humid I guess it would be a lot drier without it still it's pretty gross.
