This would be our son at 6'2 when fully bulky yeah built and fed and build and trying to get bulky it wouldn't be that hard but he would have to work at it and his mind he likes to eat and he could eat regular stuff steak and salmon tuna and chicken too it's not really as easy with chicken but it maintains it then he eats it as a snack which is probably pretty smart yeah it is there's a couple other foods of course almost all fish and crab lamb sometimes doesn't get and sometimes lamb and he needs to have a little pork is not so good for him they're not so great but beans and he will digest better you still have to cook them a lot it's too bad but they work very well on our son to get him bulky.. the thing with beans is it's got carbs and protein it's very healthy and it cleans out your pipes and he does like eating beans and yet he'll get Big easy he likes eating and he's going to eat them a lot he likes the German salad there's some things he likes to eat and it beans refried beans Mexican beans black Mexican beans or garlic beans all sorts of legumes and you see a meeting them kidney beans really those green ones he says and he likes tofu yeah he can get huge on tofu and he knows it works actually make some feel verile

And we know our friend sometimes we be laughing you have to look away

We noticed that they're probably be a few people you want to try and lift it to show they can do it she kind of like wander off a little cuz he already lifted it and we charged some money for each try and we have a pot or a prize actually and they would come off and try and do it and you know they would be special ways cuz they're way too heavy and they'd say would you have this made and stuff and they have a label it's really really classy when you have that done cuz the way they measure the weight is with old-fashioned stuff and it works the best and they test it so mostly nobody can lift that much ever unless everybody builders and they'll come in after a while let's see you they'll say my God it's a monster so I'm starting to laugh but that would be a lot of fun and he says love you really funny for girls and put them all on me and we walk back over and they say thanks for the ride we had a lot of fun that was a good time and boy it's hard walking around here and our friend would have lines that gets proper to give the ladies a lift and I would be angry a little bit and I have to show off and have you lift up the 1200 pounds and go side to side on top of it like a circus act and he says granddaddy would be proud and working with you and that you can do that and I can do it he'd be real proud and I know he was so Chrissy is kind of tearing up a little bit
