ConvergeHub Integrates with RingCentral to Enhance Customer Engagement Efficiency
ConvergeHub, a firm providing customer relationship management (CRM) software to small and medium businesses (SMBs), has announced that it has partnered with RingCentral, a cloud-based business collaboration and communication solutions provider. The partnership will result in the integration of the call management functionality by RingCentral into ConvergeHub’s CRM software. This will empower ConvergeHub clients to improve engagement capabilities with their customers, within the platform.
In a company blog release, the CRM Consultant at ConvergeHub, Patricia Jones, said, “On integrating with RingCentral, ConvergeHub is happy to introduce the feature by which its users can dial and log calls through RingCentral inside CRM in a smarter way to enhance the productivity and enrich customer interactions.”
ConvergeHub, since its inception in 2013, has created a central repository of customer data that enrich businesses with valuable information and actionable insights. Its integration with RingCentral is a strategic move to enhance its business offering that will enable customer interaction. According to the release, RingCentral has been leveraged by more than 350,000 companies to facilitate communication and work collaboration. The companies have been able to boost employee productivity, strengthen relationships with clients, and share information.
ConvergeHub’s latest integrated platform will have benefits, including simple configuration capability with RingCentral, call efficiency improvement with a single ‘click-to-dial,’ advanced and merged call control facility, customer information consolidated in a single place, automatic saving of the call log, and subsequent fast work process for sales agents.
In a statement, the CEO of ConvergeHub, Manash Chaudhuri, acknowledged that the objective for the company integrating its software with RingCentral was to empower small businesses in providing their customers and leads with “outstanding experience,” by leveraging phone calls within the CRM software. He believed that professionals across support services, marketing, and sales will be able to improve their productivity, increase customer communication efficiency, convert more leads using the business intelligence, and enhance engagements.
