Make Delicious & Healthy "Onion Samosa  " at home with Saloni Mustard Oil.
Monsoon Season special "Onion Samosa " with saloni mustard oil.
Method:-
For the dough:-
1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a stiff dough using enough water. keep aside.
for the mixture:-
1. Heat the Saloni Mustard Oil in a broad non-stick pan & add the cumin seeds.
2. When the seed crackle adds the onion, and salt and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
3. Remove from the flame & add the chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, haldi powder, dhania powder besan & mix well. Keep aisde.
For Onion Samosa:-
1. Knead the dough well till smooth and elastic and divide the dough into 20 equal.
2. Roll out a portion of the dough into a 75mm oval shape.
3. Cut the oval horizontally into 2 equal portions using a knife.
4. Take a portion and join the edges to make a cone and seal it with little water.
5. Stuff the cone with 1 tsp of the filling and apply little water on the edges to seal it.
6. Heat the Saloni Mustard Oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep fry all the samosa on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in color from all the sides.
7. Drain on absorbent paper.
8. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
