चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. चीन में फैल रहा जानलेवा कोरोना वायरस की दहशत पूरी दुनिया में जारी हैं। कोरोना वायरस के फैलते संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए पूरे देश को 21 दिनों के लिए लॉकडाउन कर दिया गया है। देश में अब तक कुल संक्रमितों की संख्या 740 के पार हो चुकी है। जबकि ये वायरस 18 लोगों की जान ले चुका है। ऐसे में भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान अनुसंधान परिषद (ICMR) ने कोरोना वायरस से संबंधित कुछ सवालों के जवाब दिए हैं- प्रश्न - क्या हृदय रोग, डायबिटीज या हाई ब्लड प्रेशर के रोगियों को कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण का ज्यादा खतरा है? जवाब- नहीं, हृदय रोग, डायबिटीज या हाई ब्लड प्रेशर के रोगियों को अन्य लोगों की तुलना में संक्रमण का ज्यादा खतरा नहीं है। प्रश्न - हृदय रोग, डायबिटीज या हाई ब्लड प्रेशर जैसे रोगों से पीड़ित लोगों में संक्रमण होने पर गंभीर बीमारी या समस्याओं का खतरा बढ़ जाता है? जवाब - कोरोना वायरस से पीड़ित ज्यादातर (80 फीसदी) लोगों में सांस संबंधी संक्रमण (बुखार, गले में खराश, खांसी) के थोड़े बहुत लक्षण होते हैं और वे पूरी तरह ठीक भी हो जाते हैं। लेकिन ऐसे लोग जिन्हें हृदय रोग, डायबिटीज या हाई ब्लड को अधिक गंभीर बीमारी होने का खतरा है। इन बीमारी में हृदयघात (कमजोर हृदय) वाले लोग भी शामिल हैं। प्रश्न- क्या डायबिटीज से पीड़ित लोगों को कोरोना वायरस होने का अधिक खतरा है? जवाब - सामान्य तौर पर अनियंत्रित डायबिटीज से पीड़ित लोगों में सभी संक्रमण होने का खतरा ज्यादा रहता है। डायबिटीज से पीड़ित लोग संक्रमण के अधिक जोखिम में नहीं हैं, लेकिन एक बार संक्रमित होने पर अधिक गंभीर बीमारी और खराब परिणामों का खतरा है। इसलिए डायबिटीज को कण्ट्रोल में रखना बेहद है। प्रश्न - क्या बीपी की कुछ दवाइयों का सेवन करना कोविड-19 की तीव्रता को बढ़ा रहा है? जवाब - विभिन्न वैज्ञानिकों और हृदयरोग विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि इसका कोई प्रमाण नहीं है। प्रश्न - क्या दर्द/ बुखार निवारक दवाएं ली जा सकती हैं? जवाब - कुछ प्रकार की दर्द निवारक दवाएं जैसे कि इबुप्रोफेन कोविड-19 बीमारी की तीव्रता को बढ़ा सकते हैं। इसलिए अगर आवश्यक हो तो पैरासिटामोल सबसे सुरक्षित दर्द निवारक दवाइयों में से एक है। प्रश्न - यदि कोरोना वायरस के लक्षण हों तो क्या करना चाहिए? जवाब - यदि आपको सांस की तकलीफ के बिना बुखार, खांसी, मांसपेशियों में दर्द हो रहा है तो अपने डॉक्टर को फोन करें और फोन पर सलाह लें। आपको घर पर रहने की जरूरत है (कम से कम 14 दिनों के लिए) और परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों से दूर रहे। हाथ की स्वच्छता बनाए रखें और सही ढंग से एक चिकित्सा मास्क पहनें। यदि आपको सांस की तकलीफ हो या बिगड़ते लक्षण जैसे बहुत ज्यादा थकान हो तो चिकित्सक की सलाह लें। प्रश्न - कोविड-19 की रोकथाम करने के लिए क्या करना चाहिए? जवाब - कोविड-19 खांसी और छींक द्वारा, ड्रॉपलेट और छूने से फैलता है। अगर आप किसी वस्तु को छू रहे हैं तो उसपर मौजूद वायरस के कण आपके हाथों में पहुंच जाते हैं। जब आप उन्ही हाथों से अपना चेहरा छूते हैं तो आप संक्रमित हो जाते हैं। वायरस के कण किसी भी वस्तु पर कम से कम तीन दिन तक बने रह सकते हैं इसलिए आप अपने आस-पास सफाई का खासतौर से ध्यान रखें। प्रश्न - क्या तेज हंसने से भी कोरोना वायरस फैल सकता है? जवाब - हां... यह वायरस संक्रमित व्यक्ति के जोर से हंसने पर भी निकलता है। इसलिए हमेशा किसी भी व्यक्ति से एक मीटर की दूरी बनाए रखें और जितना हो सके भीड़ से दूर रहें। ये भी पढ़े... कोरोना वायरस: रितिक से लेकर प्रभास तक किसी ने दान किए 1 करोड़ तो किसी ने मास्क विटामिन-C के डोज से ठीक हो रहे कोरोना के मरीज! चीन के बाद अमेरिका के डॉक्टरों ने अपनाया इलाज का यह तरीका  कोरोना का खौफ: महिला ने छींका, तो दुकानदार ने डर के मारे फेंक दिया 26 लाख का खाने का सामान Read the full article

PM Modi to review Punjab, 6 other states for higher Covid-19 deaths, infection rate

COVID-19: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will review the status and preparedness of COVID response and management in seven high focus States and UTs on Wednesday.

These States/UT are Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, and Punjab.

According to the information, more than 63 percent of the active coronavirus cases of the country are concentrated in these seven States/ UT.

Likewise, it has also been reported that these seven States/UTs also account for 65.5 percent of the total confirmed cases and 77 percent of the total deaths.

Along with the other 5 States, Punjab and Delhi have reported an increase in the number of cases being reported recently. Maharashtra, Punjab, and Delhi are reporting high mortality with more than 2.0 percent Case Fatality Rate (CFR).

Other than Punjab and Uttar Pradesh, their positivity rate is observed to be above the national average of 8.52 percent.

The Centre has been leading the fight against COVID-19 in the country in effective collaboration and close coordination with the State/UT governments. The Union Government is supporting them to ramp up the healthcare and medical infrastructure

The clinical management capacities of the doctors manning the ICUs have been substantially upgraded through the e-ICU teleconsultation exercise undertaken by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in collaboration with AIIMS, New Delhi.

The high-level review with the States/UTs has ensured adequate availability of medical oxygen in the hospitals and COVID healthcare facilities.

The Centre is also regularly deputing multi-disciplinary teams to States/UTs to support and handhold them in matters of containment, surveillance, testing, and efficient clinical management of the positive cases. The Central teams also guide the local authorities in effectively managing the challenges related to timely diagnosis and needed to follow up.

इस्लामाबाद: पाकिस्‍तान (Pakistan) में शनिवार को एक बयान में कहा गया है कि मस्जिदों में होने वाली नमाजों पर प्रतिबंध हटा दिया है, लेकिन देश में कोरोना वायरस के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए सुरक्षा बरतना जारी रहेगा. पाकिस्तान में एक महीने से भी कम समय पहले मस्जिदों में जमात के साथ नमाज पढ़ने पर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया था. मस्जिदों में केवल तीन से पांच लोगों को ही नमाज पढ़ने की अनुमति दी गई थी. प्रतिबंधों को हटाने का यह निर्णय, पाकिस्तानी राष्ट्रपति आरिफ अल्वी और धार्मिक नेताओं के बीच हुई एक बैठक में लिया गया है. यह फैसला रमजान के पवित्र महीने से महज एक सप्ताह पहले हुआ है. आम तौर पर इस महीने में मस्‍जिद में नमाजियों की संख्‍या बढ़ जाती है. इस बैठक के बाद एक बयान में कहा गया, "मस्जिदों को उचित सावधानी बरतने को कहा गया है. मस्जिद में आने वाले लोगों को अब मास्‍क पहनना अनिवार्य है." ये भी पढ़ें- यहां पुलिस की वर्दी पहनकर आया शूटर, 13 लोगों को गोलियों से भून डाला बता दें कि पाकिस्तान में अब तक इस कोरोना वायरस के 7,638 मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं और यहां 143 लोगों की मौत हुई है. स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञों ने चेतावनी दी है कि 20 करोड़ से अधिक की आबादी वाले देश में स्वास्थ्य सेवा का ढांचा सीमित है, ऐसे में लोगों का इकट्ठा होना यहां के लिए सबसे बड़ा खतरा है. बयान के अनुसार यह भी तय किया गया है कि नमाज पढ़ने बैठे लोग कंधे-से-कंधा मिलाकर प्रार्थना नहीं करेंगे. इसके बजाय एक दूसरे से 6 फुट (2-मीटर) की दूरी बनाकर नमाज पढ़नी होगी और मस्जिद प्रशासन को नियमित रूप से परिसर को सैनिटाइज करना होगा. सरकार पर नमाज के प्रतिबंधों को हटाने के लिए दबाव डाला गया था. बल्कि देश के सबसे बड़े शहर कराची में मस्जिद में उपस्थित लोगों और पुलिस के बीच झड़पें भी हुई थीं. ये भी पढ़ें- दुनियाभर में पिछले 24 घंटे के दौरान आए COVID-19 के 81,000 से ज्यादा नए मामले, मचा हाहाकार इस सप्ताह के शुरू में प्रसिद्ध मौलवियों ने प्रतिबंधों का उल्लंघन करने की धमकी देते हुए कहा था कि नमाज पढ़ना मुसलमानों के लिए आवश्यक है. हालांकि सरकार ने प्रतिबंधों को हटा दिया है लेकिन बयान में चेतावनी दी गई है कि दिशानिर्देशों का उल्लंघन होने पर इस मामले की समीक्षा करन��� का अधिकार उसके पास सुरक्षित है. प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान ने मंगलवार को ही लॉकडाउन का 14 दिनों के लिए बढ़ाने की घोषणा की है. हालांकि आर्थिक झटके का मुकाबला करने के लिए आवश्यक उद्योगों पर लगे प्रतिबंधों में ढील दी है क्‍योंकि आईएमएफ और विश्व बैंक ने लॉकडाउन से देश की अर्थव्यवस्था के धूमिल होने की बात कही थी. खान ने शनिवार को एक टेलीविजन ब्रीफिंग में कहा कि पाकिस्तान मई के मध्य में वायरस के प्रसार का पीक देख सकता है. A Muni operator was attacked with a half-size baseball bat after asking three young men to wear masks aboard a Muni bus in the South of Market neighborhood, Wednesday.

But while that incident was widely reported, perhaps less known is when the bus driver asked the young men to wear a mask, one of them spat at the driver and accused the Asian bus operator of having coronavirus.

That’s according to Transport Workers Union Local 250-A President Roger Marenco, who told KQED that after the assault bus drivers may be more reluctant to enforce mask rules.

It's the latest incident in a spike of verbal and physical assaults against Asian people amid the coronavirus pandemic, which advocacy groups have begun to track since March.

"When he asked them to keep their face coverings on, they said 'they didn't have to' and said the operator 'probably had' (coronavirus) because he was Asian," Marenco said.

The bus operator pulled over at Division and 11th Streets, in South of Market, and opened a side panel on the bus. The bus driver told them to stop and went back on the bus. That's when one of the young men boarded with a baseball bat and struck the driver.

When the driver managed to grab hold of the bat, the man then punched the driver twice in the face.

"They spit at him, they hit him with a bat, they fractured one of his fingers," Marenco said. "What does that do for the operator? It puts them in fear."

Verbal and physical attacks against Asian people have spiked during the pandemic, according to a coalition including the Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council, Chinese for Affirmative Action, and the Asian American Studies Department of San Francisco State University, which launched a project called Stop AAPI Hate.

In California between  March 19 and June 30, Stop AAPI Hate tracked 81 physical assaults against Asian people, 64 incidents suggesting "potential civil rights violations" including workplace discrimination and 90 incidents of discrimination against "elderly" Asian Americans.

विटामिन-C के डोज से ठीक हो रहे कोरोना के मरीज! चीन के बाद अमेरिका के डॉक्टरों ने अपनाया इलाज का यह तरीका

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. पूरी दुनिया इस समय कोरोना जैसे गंभीर जानलेवा वायरस से लड़ रही है। इस वायरस की चपेट में आकर अब तक 24 हजार से ज्यादा लोगों की जान जा चुकी है और करीब 5 लाख लोग इससे संक्रमित हैं। कोरोना वायरस का अब तक कोई इलाज नहीं मिला है। दुनिया का हर देश इस वायरस का इलाज ढूंढने में जुटा हुआ है और कई तरह के प्रयोग किए जा रहे हैं। ऐसे में अमेरिका अपने कोरोना पीड़ित मरीजों को विटामिन-सी की भारी मात्रा में खुराक दे रहा है। इसके सकरात्मक परिणाम भी सामने आए। बता दें चीन के डॉक्टरों ने भी कोरोना मरीजों का इलाज करने में खासा इस्तेमाल किया था। इसके परिणाम भी अच्छे आए थे। बता दें विटामिन-सी शरीर का इम्यून सिस्टम मजबूत करता है। इस नए परीक्षण को लेकर लॉन्ग आइलैंड में नॉर्थवेल हेल्थ सुविधाओं से जुड़े एक पल्मोनोलॉजिस्ट और क्रिटिकल-केयर विशेषज्ञ डॉ एंड्रयू जी वेबर ने बताया कि, कोरोना वायरस से पीड़ित मरीजों को 1,500 मिलीग्राम विटामिन-सी दिया गया था। इसके बाद दिन में 3-4 बार और विटामिन-सी की खुराक शरीर में पहुंचाई जाती है। डॉ. वेबर ने कहा कि, इस प्रयोग के परिणाम चीन के शंघाई में कोरोनो वायरस से पीड़ित लोगों के लिए किए गए प्रायोगिक उपचारों पर आधारित है। उन्होंने बताया कि, 'जिन रोगियों को विटामिन सी दिया गया, वे उन लोगों की तुलना में काफी बेहतर थे जिन्हें विटामिन सी नहीं दिया गया था।' बता दें कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमित मरीजों को जो दवा की खुराक दी जा रही है वह विटामिन-सी के दैनिक अनुशंसित मात्रा से 16 गुना ज्यादा है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, अमेरिका में वयस्क पुरुषों को 90 मिलीग्राम और वयस्क महिलाओं को 75 मिलीग्राम रोजाना विटामिन सी की जरूरत होती है। डॉ. वेबर ने बताया कि, 'ज्यादा मात्रा में विटामिन-सी का डोज कोरोना वायरस से लड़ने में मददगार होता है, लेकिन इसे उजागर नहीं किया जाता है क्योंकि अभी यह दवा नहीं है।' मरीजों को विटामिन-सी के साथ मलेरिया की दवा हाइड्राक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन और एंटीबायोटिक एजिथ्रोमाइसीन भी दी जा रही है। इसके अलावा खून को पतला करने की भी दवाएं दी जा रही हैं। डॉ. वेबर के मुताबिक, जब कोरोना संक्रमण का ज्यादा प्रकोप होता है तो शरीर में सेप्सिस बन जाता है। यह एकदम से शरीर में विटामिन-सी कि कमी कर देता और फिर प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बहुत क्षीण हो जाती है। इसे ठीक करने के लिए ही विटामिन-सी भरपूर मात्रा में मरीज को दिया जाता है। ब��� गए ओरंज जूस के दाम जबसे विटामिन-सी को कोरोना वायरस के इलाज में कारगार पाया गया है, तब से ही दुनियाभर में ओरंज जूस की मांग बढ़ गई है। ऐसे में जूस के दाम में भी बढ़ोतरी हो गई है। ��ॉक्टरों का कहना है कि, ओरंज जूस के सेवन से बीमारी की चपेट में आने से भी बचा जा सकता है। ये भी पढ़े... कोरोना का खौफ: महिला ने छींका, तो दुकानदार ने डर के मारे फेंक दिया 26 लाख का खाने का सामान  कोरोना वायरस से जंग लड़ रहे गरीब वर्ग को बीजेपी बांटेगी ‘मोदी किट’, जानें इसमें क्या-क्या है प्लास्टिक और स्टील की चीजों पर कोरोना वायरस लंबे समय तक रहता है जिंदा: अध्ययन कोरोना वायरस: इंदौर में गलियों-मोहल्लों में घूमकर जानकारी देगा, तो जयपुर में कोरोना मरीजों को दवा और भोजन देगा रोबोट Read the full article

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण भारत में तेजी से बढ़ता जा रहा है। इसे देखते हुए देश को 21 दिनों के लिए लॉकडाउन कर दिया गया है। देश बंद होने के कारण आम जनता को काफी परेशानियों के सामना करना पड़ रहा है। खासकर गरीब वर्ग जिसके पास जरूरतपूर्ति सामान भी नहीं है और ऐसे में कई रातें भूखे रहकर ही गुजारनी पड़ रही है। इस बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) गरीबों को ‘मोदी किट’ बांटेगी। क्या है मोदी किट? मोदी किट में राशन के साथ-साथ रोजाना इस्तेमाल होने वाला सामान भी होगा। इस मोदी किट में 5 किलो आटा, 2 किलो चावल, एक किलो दाल, मसाला, चाय पत्ती, बिस्किट, तेल और साबुन जैसा जरूरी सामान होगा। बीजेपी ने लॉकडाउन के दौरान ये फैसला लिया है कि वह गरीब लोगो तक इस किट को बांटेगी। 1 लाख 70 हजार करोड़ के पैकेज का ऐलान बता दें इससे पहले सरकार ने गरीबों के लिए 1 लाख 70 हजार करोड़ रुपए के पैकेज का भी ऐलान किया है। गुरुवार को वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि, 'इस पैकेज की मदद से पीएम गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत लॉकडाउन से प्रभावित गरीब तबके के लोगों की मदद करेगी।' साथ ही वित्त मंत्री ने देश के करीब 80 करोड़ गरीबों को हर महीने 8 किलो अतिरिक्त राशन मुफ्त में भी देने की घोषणा की थी। सीतारमण ने कहा था कि, 'अब तक 5 किलो गेहूं या चावल प्रति गरीब व्यक्ति को सब्सिडी पर मुहैया कराया जाता था, लेकिन अब 5 किलो राशन अतिरिक्त मिलेगा। इसका मतलब देश के 80 करोड़ गरीबों को जून के महीने तक 10 किलो सरकारी राशन मिलेगा। बढ़ रही मरीजों की संख्या बता दें भारत में आज लॉकडाउन का तीसरा दिन है। देश में कोरोना वायरस के मरीजों की संख्या लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है। अब तक इस वायरस से संक्रमितों की संख्या 724 हो गई है। इनमें से 640 एक्टिव केस हैं, जबकि 67 लोग ठीक हो गए हैं। वहीं, 17 लोगों की जान जा चुकी है। लॉकडाउन के बावजूद अभी भी कई लोग अपने घरों में नहीं रह रहे हैं और सड़कों पर बिना वजह निकल रहे हैं। केंद्र और सरकारें लोगों से घरों में रहने की अपील कर रही हैं। ये भी पढ़े... प्लास्टिक और स्टील की चीजों पर कोरोना वायरस लंबे समय तक रहता है जिंदा: अध्ययन चीन पर सटीक भविष्यवाणी करने वाले नोबेल पुरस्कार विजेता ने कोरोना त्रासदी को लेकर की एक और भविष्यवाणी कोरोना वायरस के कारण राम मंदिर निर्माण पर लगी रोक, लॉकडाउन खत्म होने के बाद नई तिथि की घोषणा Read the full article
