Happy Hump Day April 30th:
Bootycall: Run 3 miles toward your #100bySummer! I decided to bike my miles today. I reached 5 miles. However in order to make them actually count, you have to convert them to actual walking/running miles. In reality my 5 miles on the bike counted for 1.6 miles towards my #100bySummer. I would like to point out that the exercise bike really works your hamstring and booty and BOY was I FEELIN' THE BURN! I also walked .9 miles today totaling 2.5 miles towards my #100bySummer. I didn't reach my actual goal of 4 miles but I got a start and I am proud of myself for completing what I could!
Nightly Workout: Malibooty Workout. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEL0GwuFBwI Tonight Karena and Katrina wanted me to do the Malibooty workout 3x through. I made it through 1.5x because my hamstrings were SO sore from biking and from the Bikini Body Workout yesterday. As the days go on I know that I will only get stronger and will be able to fully complete these workouts!
Sunset Challenge: Tonight's challenge was to take out my goal list and really imagine myself completing those goals. I know I can do this. It's hard to start but I will only get stronger and better!
Meals: I did a little better on eating healthy meals today but I snacked twice. Still working on that! ;)
Goals for Tomorrow: I live on the 5th floor of my apartment building and my goal for tomorrow is to take the stairs up and down EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. My second goal for tomorrow is to get on the treadmill and go on a nice sweaty run. The weather has been rainy and cold in Wisconsin the past week...but once it clears up, I cannot wait to go on my first run outside, something I've been to afraid to do because I don't want people to see me.

SUMMER IS HERE! What are you planning to do?
Earlier this spring, for their 2014 Bikini Series, my Tone It Up trainers challenged the team to make a Create Your Summer list - putting down goals for summer. The fun stuff we want to do, eat, enjoy with friends, etc. I had a blast creating mine...
I've already starting trying to do some of these fun things...and I'm adding more!

It's that time of the year, time for the Bikini Series by Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up!
Each week these amazing ladies post great workouts to help lift, tone, and burn so that you can be bikini ready for summer! They also challenge you to complete 100 miles by Summer! BOOTYCALL: (BC) Is your morning workout. You can do this workout before you get ready for the day, unfortunately I have a very hard time waking up early so I try to do my bootycall workout before noon. Your bootycall is at least 20 minutes of cardio, or a run, a HIIT workout, anything that gets you moving!
NIGHT WORKOUT: (NWO) Your afternoon/nightly workout is usually a workout video! Katrina and Karena make some amazing workout video that you really start to feel all over the place! You can find all of them on youtube.com!
