Story Updates

Red Turns Black In the Moonlight is nearing its end. It should end with 100 chapters max and a minimum of 85. I'm hoping to get some art done before it's finished/posted but who knows with how long it takes me to make art vs writing. I will most likely take a brief break after this story or at least from these characters. Technically RTBItM is only the first half of the story but who knows if I'll be able to get back to it.

However I do want to do a prequel series. Basically just separate stories about the main casts backgrounds. The big one I want to do is Ogdosh during his capture in Moria. I would like to do at least a single chapter story for each character though.

I finally have an idea for a Lives Taken Lives Made sequel. Cireth has always been the point of the story(for me). She's my attempt at making a JoJo character(aka Jolyne where you can see why her character is like that given what we know of her parents). I've begun thinking about her again and her conflicts and I think I can make at least something short. I feel her story will be much more what people wanted from LTLM. Cireth does get some real, genuine romances that I think people might enjoy.

I also have an idea to do a sort of 'fix-it' for LTLM in the sense of a separate story mostly from Az-Bror's point of view to build his romance with Idhrenes and get it into the story without me rewriting the whole thing.

There is also the AU where they stay in Mordor for the rest of Idhrene's life. This would be much more of a horror story which is why I've been hesitant to write more than the few chapters I've already started.

I would like to write more for Styx, he is a fun character and I have at least another oneshot in the works and I've started another chapter of Pay Before Play but I don't like the direction it is going.

As for my other stories I've unfortunately fallen out of love with them. Bard for the Unsung and Above One's Station are likely dead fics. I might get back to them at some point but it isn't going to be anytime soon. I do have a complete chapter for Where the Mountain Meets the Land that's been sitting in my folder for years. I wanted to write more before posting it but haven't touched the story in years.

Now for the new projects.

I have an olog-hai and human romance story in the works. I want to keep it short and sweet. I also want to use it as a test for writing an actual book. So I'd like to finish a first draft and do a second draft/reworking of it. It's my test to see if I actually want to write on a more professional scale.

I have a DBZ story that is technically done but I don't like how the ending lands/want to do a serious edit to fix it. I won't post it till after RTBItM is finished.

I keep coming up with ideas for the Falmer from Elder Scrolls and not getting very far. If I do get farther into a story with them I'd like to keep it short and to the point.

I also have several original ideas in the works.

Mostly goblin/human romances/erotica. If the olog story test goes well I'll definitely be putting more work into these ideas. The thing I'm debating is if I want to make a patreon/substack/website where I first post my original stories that people can pay to read and then put them on AO3 after a certain amount of time. I know AO3 is against linking to paid services so I'd likely not mention these services on AO3 but instead link to my Tumblr which would explain it. If people actually like these stories I'd like to make some physical books for them with the art I've made inside.

I like my stories being free to a certain extent so more people can find them however if I want to put more time into this work I'd need to start making some money off of it. Either way I plan to keep writing the difference is if people like my writing enough to pay me a decent amount I can put more time and energy into it.
