问：现在这种方式是不支持online调试的吧？

目前暂不支持。

问：什么时候能支持分布式的训练呢？有具体一个 timeline 吗？

这个功能也已经在计划中了，争取明年Q1实现。

问：通过 IPFS 上传的文件，是没有办法删除的吗？

当前没有手动删除功能，但系统会对长期未使用的数据进行自动清理。

问：如果我们训练一个模型之后，需要做增量训练或者参数微调的��，好像只能把训练结果下载下来以后，再重新上传上去？，或者，系统会自动识别已经存在的文件，实际上秒传？

会的，存储上已经有的，没有修改的文件会跳过。只有增量的部分会传上去。

问：task.conf 文件里面的hyper_parameters 是用来指定什么的？

The How to Become a NEO Consensus Node docs released by NGD this month defines the role NEO token holders play in “on-chain governance” and “off-chain governance”. As an increasing amount of NEO held by NEO Foundation is to be unlocked, they will flow into the market and add to the amount of NEO in circulation. Given that, we will see a growing number of NEO holders who seek to function as consensus nodes to play a role in NEO governance.

NEO consensus node page contains a portal for consensus node application where NEO holders may file applications as per instructions given in the docs.

The page is a valid source of candidates info and running status of consensus nodes that NEO holders may access to govern NEO network in an informed way. They may choose to vote in on the candidates and the consensus nodes already deployed on NEO to enhance the decentralized governance of NEO.

Basic

Why does DeepToken Exchange only list AI projects?

As there are a large number of exchanges already operating, and competition between said exchanges is fierce, the key to a successful approach is innovation; something that makes you stand out from the crowd. DeepToken Exchange focuses exclusively on AI projects and as such is unique and specialized‐ we are able to pinpoint our resources and focus on securing one aspect of the potential market for listings, and with this focus we can operate with superior accuracy, consistency and profitability than conventional counterparts in the space.

With the support of DeepBrain Chain, a company consisting of global leaders in the AI industry, it only makes sense to make this area the focus of our operation. With our ‘Voting as Mining’ mechanism, we are able to utilize this expertise to facilitate communal decisions with the support of years of industry knowledge and experience. Using this method, we can sift through the tens of thousands of AI projects currently in development for those deemed to be quality enough for listing, thereby avoiding the major pitfall of conventional exchange operation wherein a shotgun approach to listing allows specious or dead ‐end projects to receive listing and potentially harm investors.

2. Why doesn’t DeepToken Exchange charge listing fees?

Our priority is protecting investors; this is what separates us from the competition. Current exchange practices usually result in exorbitant listing fees. If a project desires listing, they may need to dedicate funds that would otherwise go to towards fast‐tracking development in order to be listed. This is obviously detrimental to the success of the project, and in turn detrimental to those that may have invested in said project. By abolishing this practice, DeepToken Exchange allows quality projects to receive listing and tokenization while also allowing them to focus on development.

3. Are the projects you list blockchain projects?

DeepToken Exchange will list both projects that integrate blockchain and AI (a small portion of our overall listings) and also traditional AI projects. By providing a method of tokenization to these traditional projects, we can assist them in securing the necessary funding for development by upgrading their economic models to include said tokenization; opening up new channels for funding and allowing them to enter into the new paradigm of project funding created by blockchain technology.

4. Will DPT be listed on other exchanges?

Yes, DeepToken Exchange has issued its own token called DPT. In addition to being traded on our own exchange, DPT will pursue listing on other exchanges including Huobi. Huobi Cloud will provide DeepToken Exchange with technical support and enhanced security. This being the case, we may also be listed on some of Huobi’s special trading boards.

5. DeepToken Exchange does not charge listing fees and only keeps 20% of the transaction fees; how will they make a profit?

With our innovative community‐oriented operation models, the focus of the exchange is maximizing benefits for investors. Following this design, our own profit is a secondary goal. We are looking to strengthen the overall infrastructure of the DECO with our partner DeepBrain Chain, and so our primary concern is ensuring the success of AI projects that can assist us to this end. In order to facilitate regular operation of the exchange (i.e. paying employees), we will utilize 20% of the transaction fees as well as the private holdings of the foundation to ensure consistent functionality. We believe that this innovation will lead to increase in value of the DPT token over time, and therefore allow operation to continue steadily at no cost to our investors.

6. 80% of transaction fees are used to buy‐back and subsequently burn DPT tokens from the market, when will the burning stop?

Burning of the tokens accrued in our buy‐back operations will occur immediately upon buy‐back. The length of continued token burning will depend on community feedback. As our operation models indicate, the majority of decisions relating to the operation of the exchange into the future will be left to the community.

7. When will the details of ‘’Voting as Mining’’ be released?

The details of the ‘Voting as Mining’ operation model are subject to change. During the on‐going operation of the exchange, we will gather and analyze community feedback in order to maximize benefit to investors. We will implement a number of iterations during this process in order to finalize the most efficient and beneficial methods of operation moving forward.

8. Is DPT an ERC20 or NEP5 coin? What wallets do you support?

DPT is an ERC20 token. It supports all wallets that support ETH.

9. When will DeepToken Exchange support OTC?

DeepToken Exchange currently supports BTC/fiat and ETH/fiat pairings. In the future we will support DBC/fiat pairing as well.

10. Will DeepToken have a mobile app?

Yes, the app is currently being developed and tested.

11. What is the relation between DeepBrain Chain and DeepToken Exchange?

DeepBrain Chain and DeepToken Exchange are two different foundations but they share a natural connection. Both foundations service the AI industry and therefore share the same user base, especially in the earlier stages of their development. They also share some operational staff, but as the projects continue to develop they will become more independent from each other over time. Right now the focus is on development, so the mutual sharing of resources and communities is only natural, particularly so because of the overlap in our targeted markets.

12. If I’m an AI practitioner, when and how can I apply to become a community member with voting rights?

We will be accepting applications between October and November. You can apply at DeepBrain Chain’s official website. You will need to submit some personal information in order for us to ensure that you are indeed an AI practitioner and we will conduct manual verification to that end. If you succeed in your application you will be added to the community committee and receive all the rights and benefits therein.

13. Where do the 50 ‘’AI Leaders’’ come from and how do they work?

These AI leaders will be elected from the pool of successfully appointed AI practitioners. Two groups of community members will participate in this election: the first being DPT community members who hold the DPT token, the second being the AI practitioners themselves.

14. How is DeepToken Exchange going to deal with the fact that U.S. nationals cannot currently register on the exchange?

We are applying for a license to allow token trading for U.S. nationals. Once we are successful, U.S. nationals will be able to register on the exchange.

Advanced

1. Huobi Cloud supports many exchanges, why did they choose DeepToken Exchange? Why are they willing to share trading volume with you?

First of all, Huobi Cloud is a platform that offers basic technology support for exchanges. Generally, it is more of a supportive role. DeepBrain Chain itself has a vast user‐base and is focused on the AI industry; this is complimentary to the needs of Huobi Cloud. They have a desire to incubate quality exchanges that focus on a specific field; in our case: AI. Hence the close collaboration.

2. Do DeepToken and Huobi share hot wallets on the exchange? If so, if tokens are stolen or data is leaked on Huobi, would it affect DeepToken?

The hot wallets are not shared. Furthermore, Huobi has achieved outstanding progress in digital wallet security; we have full confidence in their ability to keep tokens and data safe. Huobi have a strong reputation in this regard and have been operating with this level of security for some time. This is no small part of the reason why we have chosen to collaborate.

3. You say that DeepToken Exchange’s goal is to be the №1 digital asset exchange for the AI industry, so how will DeepToken Exchange and DeepBrain Chain’s team help traditional AI companies with their integration with blockchain?

Upon successful application of listing, DeepBrain Chain’s already established professional institutions in this field will assist with integration and tokenization. DBC can then commence incubation via investments and assist the projects in their continued development.

4. In DeepToken Exchange’s whitepaper you state that you reserved 15% of the tokens for the team and 25% tokens for the Foundation. Why? The founding team looks similar to DeepBrain Chain, who already have tokens reserved?

The team members listed in the whitepaper are just the beginning of the operation; it only makes sense to utilize the existing expertise of the DeepBrain Chain team to assist in the preliminary development of the exchange. Over time, with continued hiring and operational expansion, the DeepToken Exchange team will be independent from DeepBrain Chain and will therefore require financial incentives to ensure its continued operation. DeepToken Exchange also has its own Foundation, and will require the reserved tokens for its own operations (staff payment; investing in future projects they will incubate) as well. This is why the percentage distributions are as is.
