This Cheesy Black Eyed Pea Dip with Bacon is a tasty appetizer that brings together the savory tastes of bacon and cheddar cheese with the earthy tastes of black-eyed peas. It's smooth and cheesy, and it's great for any event.
Ingredients: 1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed. 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a food processor, combine black-eyed peas, bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Pulse until smooth. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground lamb and cook until browned and crumbled, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors. On a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet, spread out the nacho chips in an even layer. Sprinkle the cooked lamb evenly over the chips. Evenly distribute the diced tomatoes, red onion, and black olives over the nachos. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the nachos. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the nachos are heated through. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and salsa. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until well coated. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not crowded. You may need to cook them in batches. Air fry the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165F 74C.
