#for those unaware. I was obsessed with d.gray-man for like. a solid 7-8 years#it was the medium by which I entered fandom#the first thing I every seriously read fanfic for#the first thing I made a sideblog for#and even though it's not my main fan thing anymore#the main character is still my fucking icon#'D.Gray-man fan' is like. my whole thing#and you mean to tell me that mxtx#author whose work is my current biggest obsession#the author whose work I have BEEN obsessing over for a solid year#got her start in the fucking D.Gray-man fandom...#I've joked before that mxtx and I have the same brain#bc there are some very specific similarities between her work and some of my original stuff (that I wrote before I read her novels)#and because mdzs is so perfectly catered to my personal tastes in media#and now this...#genuinely what the fuck#I can never escape D.Gray-man.#Dgm fan isn't a phase. it's a way of life#I’m having a crisis aljfkwdjks#invasion of the frogs#not described
