KAILASA's Guru Purnima Celebrations!! Day 1 Dhvajarohanam Flag Hoisting Ritual July 12th 2024

🌟 KAILASA's Temples, with the divine grace and blessings of THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, have commenced the Guru Purnima Brahmotsavam with the sacred Dhvajarohanam!

🌟 On the first day of this grand festival, the ritual of Dhvajarohanam marks the beginning of Brahmotsavam. This holy ceremony involves hoisting the Dhvaja (flag) on the Dhvajastambha (flagpole). With this act, Paramashiva, along with 330 million gods and goddesses from all 14 Lokas, intensely and powerfully descend into the temple premises to celebrate Brahmotsavam. 🙏✨

हिंदू धर्म के सर्वोच्च धर्माध्यक्ष, जगतमहासन्निधानम, नित्यानंद परमशिवम की 45वीं जयंती के उपलक्ष्य मे आदि कैलाश नित्यानंद परमशिव देवालय में आज ध्वजरोहणम (झंडारोहण कार्यक्रम) सफलतापूर्वक प्रारंभ हुआ।

कैलाश और परमशिव का प्रतीक चिन्ह उस स्तंभ पर फहराते हुए ब्रहांडीय आकाश मे एक उत्सवपूर्ण भाव स्थापित कर रहे थे।

वेद-आगमों, उपनिषदों और श्लोकों का पाठ, विशेष रूप से ब्रह्मंड मंत्र, जिसमें गर्जना वाले छंद हैं, जो कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने के लिए विभिन्न ब्रम्हांडों के सभी लोकों के सभी प्रकार के प्राणियों को अनुष्ठानों, हवन और जुलूस को उत्प्रेरित करते हैं, के लिए सीधे उत्सव के लिए आमंत्रित करते हैं। इस ध्वजारोहणम के माध्यम से, हम आधिकारिक रूप से परमशिव के अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र में शक्तिशाली अवतरण के साथ नित्यानंदोत्सवम के पहले दिन की स्थापना करते हैं। इस आयोजन की शुभता ने दुनिया भर के विभिन्न कैलाशों- 6 महाद्वीपों के सौ से अधिक देशों के लोगों के ह्रदयों को आनंद से भर दिया है! इस पूर्णिमा तिथि को महेश्वर पूजा के साथ भी चिह्नित किया गया था - जिसका उद्देश्य दिवंगत आत्माओं के साथ संपूर्ति करना था।

THE MEENAKSHI BRAHMOTSAVAM IS THE TIME WHEN THE ADVENT OF THE DIVINE FEMININE CONSCIOUSNESS HAPPENS AS DEVI MEENAKSHI. THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO DEVI KANCHANAMALA AND THE PANDYA KING MALAYADHWAJA HAD PRAYED FERVENTLY FOR AN HEIR TO THE MIGHTY PANDYA KINGDOM. THE RAJAGURU AGASTYA MUNI HAD SUGGESTED THE KING PERFORM A PUTRAKAMESHTI YAGAM, A RITUAL WHICH WOULD BESTOW THE KING WITH AN HEIR TO THE KINGDOM AND THE THRONE. DEVI KANCHANAMALA, IN HER PREVIOUS BIRTH AS VIDYAVATI WAS A VERY ARDENT DEVOTEE OF DEVI PARVATI. PLEASED WITH HER PENANCE DEVI PARASHAKTI APPEARED IN FRONT OF HER AS A SMALL GIRL. VIDYAVATI HAD ASKED AS A BOON FOR DEVI PARASHAKTI TO BE BORN AS HER DAUGHTER IN THAT VERY FORM IN WHICH SHE HAD APPEARED IN FRONT OF HIM. THE PANDYA KING MALAYADHWAJA ALONG WITH HIS WIFE DEVI KANCHANAMALA PERFORMED THE PUTRAKAMESHTI YAGAM. WHEN THE PURNAHUTI WAS OFFERED ALL THE DEVAS CAME AND ACCEPTED THE OFFERINGS. A 3 YEAR OLD GIRL, WHO IS DARK COMPLEXIONED WITH A SLIGHT GREEN HUE AND IS RADIANT WITH THE AURA OF THE FULL MOON. DEVI PARASHAKTI MANIFESTED IN THIS FORM OF TATAATAKAA TO BRING AUSPICIOUSNESS AND ENLIGHTENMENT TO THE WHOLE WORLD. ALL TEMPLE FESTIVALS ARE ‘UTSAVAMS’ AND THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE IS CALLED ‘BRAHMOTSAVAM’. THE SANSKRIT WORD ‘UTSAVA’ DENOTES AN ACT OF CREATION OR RE-CREATION. IF WE STUDY THE FEATURES OF THE BRAHMOTSAVAM, WE WILL FIND THAT MORE THAN ANY OTHER TEMPLE FESTIVAL, THE BRAHMOTSAVAM WOULD ESSENTIALLY BE A FESTIVAL OF RE-CREATION. A BRAHMOTSAVAM IS AN UTSAVAM OR A FESTIVAL THAT IS ORGANIZED BY THE LORD CREATOR BRAHMA HIMSELF. BRAHMA BEING THE CREATOR OF THE COSMOS IS SAID TO ORGANIZE SUCH A FESTIVAL WITH UNIVERSAL GRANDEUR AND CELEBRATION. DHVAJAROHANAM IS THE RITUAL WHICH MARKS THE START OF THE BRAHMOTSAVAM. IT IS A VERY SACRED RITUAL WHEREIN THE DHVAJA (FLAG) IS HOISTED ON THE DHVAJASTAMBHA (FLAG POLE).
