Art Process: Figuring Out How to Draw: Diogee

I have decided Diogee is part Great Dane.

It doesn’t make any sense from a design perspective (considering he’s a medium sized brick of a dog) but it pleases me and I can use my dog as a reference.

As for his short stubby tail, I can see him getting happy tail and it having to be amputated before he was adopted by the Murphy’s.

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THE FACT THAT DIOGEE "WOULD SET THE WORLD ON FIRE FOR HIS FAMILY" EX MACHINA MURPHY, THE BEST CARTOON DOG EVER(INCLUDING THE ONE WHOS A GOD IN THIS AU), FOUND OUT ABOUT THE LITERAL FIRE GODDESS, AND INSTANTLY REALIZED/DID TWO THING

Jokes I Want to See, Dream Edition

I had this idea as part of a dream I had last night. Basically, Milo is trying to play a baseball game. There are 10 players on his team, but Murphy's Law ends up injuring two of them. Without a full team, how can the game continue? That is when Diogee steps up to the plate, literally and figuratively. He stands on his hind legs and holds the bat in his front paws, like a really short human. The pitcher complains about his tiny strike zone, and quite literally walks the dog with four straight high balls (although each throw is slightly lower than the last). After the fourth pitch, Diogee drops the bat and takes his base.
