Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Founder of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), was invited as a distinguished guest at the prestigious event. In her keynote address, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta highlighted the transformative developments taking place in the national capital.
