About the Painting:

Initially I planned for three Halloween paintings, each with it's own unique style, this vampire instalment has to be uber goth for my vision to work so I went all out, initially planned with cathedral windows, gothic arches and dripping candles, but I changed the candles for a bit of script, something I need a lot of practice in but I gave it my best shot.

Originally I picked out tons of chalices and ornate and expensice earrings to adorn this piece but ultimately i ended up breaking these down into more fluid elements focusing on shapes rathr than physical items. I picked out some amazingly expensive earrings for her but then i broke the shapes down to a shape and aesthetic.

I like to think of this sexy beast as fierce and beautiful, exactly what Holywood vampire needs to be.

Although on my other social media accounts I’ve recently made efforts to split my darker digital art from my light and fluffy stuff I do, I’ll probably share it all here to some degree.

When I’m not painting I like to sculpt polymer clay and make tiny things. I’ve started making things I can turn into jewelry and charms and opened an Etsy shop I named JWT Arts and Crafts. I have a separate Instagram and Twitter account for these types of works @jwtarts.

Hot Topic Tamagotchi Heart Beaded Necklace, Drop Earrings & 8-Bit No-Show Socks Review

The folks over at Hot Topic sent us the current Hot Topic x Tamagotchi collection! This consists of Tamagotchi Heart Beaded Necklace, Drop Earrings, and 8-Bit No-Show Socks! This is another result of Bandai’s licensing efforts in North America, and we love to see it!  We’ve no only unboxed each item, in the collection, but we’ve also tried out each item and even wore some to the Bandai Namco American Dream grand opening on May 31st, 2024! Here’s our review of each item.

Tamagotchi Heart Beaded Necklace - The necklace is so cute! A 18 inch necklace with 3 inch extender, featuring pink round beards and blue star beads and two heart charms, both in pink and blue. A translucent Tamagotchi pendant at the bottom of the necklace. This is such a cute necklace and easily one of our favorite items of the collection! Everyone who saw us wearing this necklace kept asking about it!

Tamagotchi Drop Earrings - Adorable! What better than two Tamagotchi pendants hanging from your two ears? These earrings will show off your love for Tamagotchi and feature a 2.5 inch drop. The base is a pink circle with a small chain that leads to the Tamagotchi pendant. As you walk, they will move up and down.

Tamagotchi 8-Bit No-Show Socks - These have keeping our feet warmer and stylish in pixel style. There are 5 pairs in this pack and they feature 5 different designs on each pair, including Mametchi, Kuchipatchi, Maskutchi, and Nyorotchi.
