Fitness Motivation And Self-Image Blocks To Exercise
The biggest block to fitness in my client experience is self-consciousness. If you worry about going to the gym because you feel you will be compared to the fit members or feel too self-conscious in gym clothes or the changing room, then this will be such an unpleasant experience that you may soon put a stop to it.
Self-image is closely connected to self-esteem, although it is sometimes connected to cultural beliefs as well. Logically, the only way you can become or stay fit and healthy is to do some regular form of exercise. And walking is great but not enough for most people.  What is more, you may live in a country where walking is impossible due to the weather or safety considerations. Swimming is a wonderful all-round exercise, but in my experience, getting into that swimsuit and being seen in it is one of the biggest blocks to exercise for my clients who would otherwise dearly love to swim. Even some clients who had a swimming pool in their garden have found it too embarrassing to get into a swimsuit in case the neighbours see or some other perceived shame.
I can tell you right now some logical facts about you and exercise: You are beautiful to me just as you are.
If you have bodily imperfections, the best way to enhance your body is with the correct exercise. And to do so, you have to exercise! If you have bodily imperfections, chances are that you have a small imperfection and a lot of negative emotion. If you do not like what you see in the mirror, that is your opinion which you are entitled to. However, do not expect anyone else to share that opinion with you. You are likely your own worst critic.
So for those of you who are not convinced by logic, please understand that this is not because you are stuck or that there is a genuine need to feel ashamed. This is only because logic is all good and well, but it is our emotions and our energy that determine our behaviour. Change your energy, and you can change your behaviour.
In my experience, it is best to work with an EFT practitioner to resolve this issue. This is because it may have some painful root causes which may require gentle expert handling. However, if you feel that the roots are not so painful, then you can tap for the embarrassment issue yourself. The simplest way to do this on your own is to stand fully clothed in front of the mirror each day and tap the following statements. Keep doing it for 10-15 minutes a day until you feel strong enough to repeat the procedure in your gym clothes or swimwear.  Then keep doing it for 10-15 minutes a day until you feel strong enough to repeat the procedure naked. It is a process, and it is part of your growth and learning.

Mars and Pluto are both considered fiery and intense planets. Traditionally, Mars has been seen as the God of War and Pluto has been seen as Lord of the Underworld. When their energy combines, it can create a rise in aggression, violence, and hostility, but also, strength, courage, and the power to overcome our fears.
While both Mars and Pluto have a darker side, there is also a higher vibration or a higher octave to their energies which we can use to our advantage.

2.) Drink Charged Water
Staying hydrated is a great way to help “detox” the harsher cosmic energies we may be feeling. We can also take this to the next level by charging the water we drink. We can charge it using crystals (place the crystals around, on top of or under your glass of water) or simply hold a glass of water and recite an intention or affirmation before you drink it. 3.) Try the 444 Breath
If you are feeling highly emotional, stressed, or anxious the 444 breath can be a great help. You inhale for 4 counts, hold your breath for 4 counts, and then exhale for 4 counts. Repeat this for a few minutes until you start to feel at ease. If you like you can also try the 777 breath which is the same process, you just hold for 7 counts instead.
4.) Try Tapping/EFT
