Right now I'm using the elasta qp olive oil and mango butter leave in conditioner and the African pride shea butter leave in as well as almond oil and jamican black castor oil.
For styling I use the black eco styler gel and the sunny Isle edge control and the got2b spray!

Naturally Happy Hair Releases New “Supreme Hydration Collection”
(February, 2021) - Naturally Happy Hair is announcing its new natural hair care line, the Supreme Hydration Collection. Comprised of six salon-quality products, the new Supreme Hydration Collection includes Supreme Hydration Shampoo, Supreme Hydration Conditioner, Fairy Knot-Away Detangler, Supreme Texture Styling Crème, Supreme Hydration Leave-In/Co-Styler and Supreme Hydration Moisture Rich Gel. Initially launched in June 2020, during the pandemic's height, the Supreme Hydration Collection has been received with great excitement among the natural hair community. The details of these products speak for themselves!
A perfect natural hair care product for revitalizing dry and damaged hair, Supreme Hydration Shampoo is a paraben and sulfate-free shampoo that uses the gentle cleansing power of Lemongrass to moisturize and preserve your scalp's natural oils. It is also infused with Dog Rose Oil to add a protective barrier against dehydration.
The Supreme Hydration Conditioner is an ultra-thick, gentle formula. Infused with a unique blend of ProVitamin B5, Fenugreek, and Rice Protein it helps moisture to bind to the hair, promote hair growth, and provide a perfect foundation for strong, healthy, natural hair.
With ProVitamin B5 and active Botanical Extracts, the Fairy Knot-Away Detangler works to saturate, soften, and loosen fairy knots. This detangler leaves hair looking and feeling detangled, manageable, and soft.
Supreme Hydration Leave-In/Co-Styler is a moisture-rich formula infused with Castor Oil and Vitamin E. This leave-in seals in moisture and smooths away frizz to give hair defined curls a brilliant shine and soft hold. Supreme hydration leave-in/co-styler is also ProVitamin B5 packed to repair any damage, sealing in moisture, and reducing split ends.
Proud to be a Black-owned business lead by a female President and CEO, Crystal Knight says, "Our mission has always been to fill the gaps in the natural hair community, be it providing education or more effective product solutions." The Supreme Hydration Collection is filling the product gap very effectively. "In striving to achieve our mission," Crystal stated, "we recognized a need for cleaner products, with quality ingredients that provide consistent and predictable results for our customers."
Naturally Happy Hair has long been revered as a pioneer in the naturally curly hair space. Blog #10
Tumblr media
Hello people of earth! Dammit Dy’mond back at it again. This time with something a little different (but then again I’m always doing something with this blog). Todays topic! Natural Hair Care!
I love my hair. Like LOVE my hair. Its coils and kinks and everything in between.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Part of loving my own natural hair is knowing how to take care of it. And this is no simple task. Wash day is just that - and entire day hair care including washing, hair treatments, and styling. So on todays blog post, Im gonna give you a detailed account of what wash day is like for me and my upkeep through out the week.
Day one: Wash and styling day.
This day is a special one like no other. Since I have a think and kinky hair texture, I only need to wash my hair about twice a month. So once every two weeks, I set aside a day for just washing and styling my hair. I first start by detangling. depending on the style I'm coming off, this process could very well take over an hour because of the thickness of my hair texture. If I'm taking out cornrows which was worn under a wig, I start by combing out each individual row and then again detangling it once more before washing. If I’m washing my hair after rocking a twist out, perm rod set, or any other natural hair style, I first start by detangling very small sections gently, making sure my hair doesn't break in the process.
I hop in the shower and immediately begin to wash my hair with a sulfate free shampoo. I like to use Dr. Bronners Organic Peppermint Castile Liquid soap to remove any dirt and buildup and Cantu Cleansing Cream Shampoo to restrengthen and give it another deep clean. After shampooing twice, I put a heavy amount of my favorite conditioner on my hair and rake through my hair with a large detangler brush or comb. My absolute favorite conditioner is the Olive Oil replenishing conditioner. Before washing it out of my hair, I leave it on for the remainder of my regular shower and then rinse it out after about 30 mins of being on my hair (yes this is a very long shower). This is how I cheat doing an entire deep conditioner process.
Afterwards, I hop out my shower and I proceed to tie a cotton tee shirt around my hair and finish my beauty routine until I leave the bathroom (lotion, brushing teeth, washing face, etc). I use a cotton tee shirt because regular towels risk breaking my hair off while drying it. Cotton is a much softer fabric to use on your hair.
After this, about an two hours has passed already. I go to my desk and figure out how to do my hair. I could either do natural hair or braid my hair up and slap on a wig the next morning. Today I will be detailing my natural hair routine instead of my wig routine.
I break out my favorite hair moisturizer, oil, gel, styler, and leave-in conditioner.  The style I choose is this one which is my favorite one ever! This style is called a flat twist out.
Tumblr media
So I begin by putting moisturizer all throughout my hair. My favorite moisturizer is the Lotta Body moisture milk.
Tumblr media
I like this product because it keeps my hair moisturized and actually locks in the moisture so my curls stay luscious and juicy all week! Next I grab my Jamaican Black Castor Oil or JBCO for short.
Tumblr media
JBCO promotes strong and healthy hair. This oil is also known as a great growth treatment for anyone. (Pro tip: I put this on my lashes and eyebrows every night to help them grow long and thick).
Next is gel! Ahh gel. The go-to gel for naturalistas like me these days is the famous Eco Styler Gel.
Tumblr media
I use this and my other styler simultaneously to give me style and hold.
My next styler for a flat twist out is  Cantu Twist and Lock Gel.
Tumblr media
From here, I apply these two products on each small section I make and begin to flat twist my hair. The end result should look something like this:
Tumblr media
Finally, I go to bed after a LONG day of styling and hassling with my, at times, unruly hair.
The next day, I take a light oil and rub it over my hands in preparation for taking down my twists. I like to use either coconut oil, argon oil, or sweet almond oil to reduce frizz from pulling apart the curls. Before the take down process, I do a couple of sprays from my favorite leave-in conditioner. I like to use Carols Daughter Monoi Leave-in spray.
Tumblr media
I begin to GENTLY separate the twists, being careful to minimize any frizz that may come about. My final step is to take an afro pick and gently pick out and fluff out the roots of my hair so it can be voluminous, big, and fluffy. Finally I lay my edges with some gel and a handy dandy edge brush (a toothbrush or an old mascara wand LOL).
Tumblr media
Welp folks. Thats it! That’s how I style my natural hair! I hope someone found my tips useful!
Dammit Dy’mond Outtie 3000!

Hi there u are such a beauty. I love ur locs they are gorgeous I want to have locs ,I'm just waiting for my hair to grow a little more. Anyway I have so many questions to ask because I don't know nobody with locs so if you want to answer of course : how do u start ur locs ? The parting u use? What ur wash day looks like ? The products u use? What advices can you give to a girl like me who wants locs? The mistakes to avoid? How many years u have them? Sorry to bother but u are locs goal
Thank you sweetheart 💓 I have no problem answering any questions. I’ve had my locs for about 11 years now but they’ve been cut once during this time. Mine are parted into squares bc it makes it easier for them to be styled. My locs were started by using the two strand twist method and then they were latchhooked to help them lock up. Locs can be washed like any other kind of natural hair. but afterwards I either twist to maintain or latchhook them. I recommend just twisting them though for better long lasting results. I have been through so many products but as of now I use Cantu products for washing. For moisture I use coconut oil✨, jojoba oil, black castor oil, and Cantu leave in conditioner. For twisting I use Jamaican mango and lime locking gel. For my edges and baby hairs I use eco styler and Murray’s edgewax. My advice for anyone who wants to begin locs is to exercise patience. They’ll grow out to whatever your goal length is with time. And NEVER compare your locs to anyone else’s, there are so many different ways they can grow. That’s what makes them so unique. Good luck on this natural hair journey 💕☺️

Hey loves! I’m close to 8 weeks post relaxer and during this time I like to keep my new growth soft, manageable and my ends tucked away.
Today, I’ll be showing you how I do my “ends tucked under” bun protective style. I've shown this look before on my Blog and Instagram and since then I've received a lot of requests to do a tutorial. It's finally here :)
This is a really simple look that I like to do every-so-often. When I wear this bun my hair retains moisture, my ends are not exposed to the elements and my hair is off my shoulders in a cute, chic look!
Products Used:
Scurl No Drip Curl Activator - Moisturizer
Keracare Essential Oils - Sealant
Eco styler Olive oil + Black Castor Oil Gel - Smooth down edges
Check out my tutorial below on how to achieve this look! Thanks for watching :) Video: "Ends Tucked Under" Protective Style Bun | Relaxed Hair first published on Hairlicious Inc.

Gurlllll I really like your marley twist, how long are you natural? What kind of oils do you use?
Awww thank you 💕🌸💕🌸💕🌸. My natural hair is shoulder length in its curly state and when flat ironed it is past my shoulders reaching my chest. @abbiecurls 4 FLAT-TWISTS INTO HIGH PUFF ❣️ I moisturise all 4 sections with leave-in conditioner and then oil. Then, go back to the back 2 sections and apply a gel like when I do a wash and go because these back sections are what are going to make the puff. I then do 4 flat twists with the front sections of my hair, air dry, then pick out the back section before pulling all of my hair up into a puff. I slicked my edges and added gold cuffs ✨ and there ya have it!! Products: Giovanni leave in conditioner Jamaican black castor oil Eco styler gel argan oil #RespectMyHair 💕#RespectMySlay #teamnatural_ #curlsaunaturel #myhaircrush #voiceofhair #cachos #protectivestyles #naturallyshesdope #berrycurly #naturalhaircommunity  #bighair #healthyhairjourney #hotd #cachinhos #naturalhairdoescare #washandgo #naturalchixs #cachos #naturalhair #naturalista #cheveuxnaturels #curlyhair #hair2mesmerize #amazingnaturalhair #uknaturals #curlyhairkillas

Hello darling introduce yourself.
My name is Zemira Israel; CEO of NaturalWoolly LLC, a company inspiring men and women with natural and woolly textured hair to embrace it. We also aspire to have our own hair product line in  the future. Visit us at www.NaturalWoolly.com
I’m also a singer-songwriter recording artist for the nation of Israel. Check my music out on www.ZemiraIsrael.com or on your favorite music streaming outlets. Watch the “Woolly Hair Anthem” on Youtube.
I was born in Petion Ville, Haiti and raised in America. My adolescent years I lived in Maryland, my teenage years New Jersey, and adult years New York. And currently I live in Austin, Texas with my lord-husband, Bezaleel Israel whom I love so much!
How long have you been a fierce natural girl and what made you do this choice?
I stopped wearing relaxers August 2012.
And started transitioning for the simple reason that Jesus Christ has the same hair texture as me: WOOLLY, according to Revelation 1:14-15 in the holy bible.
Have you ever cut your hair super short or did you ever transition and how did you overcome that?
I cut my hair super short in 2011 when I was relaxed. So it looked like a Rihanna cut. I loved it because it was super easy to manage!
I also did the BIG CHOP in 2014, which was exhilarating! The first day I must admit I was a bit uncomfortable, but the next day I was free and walked into the grocery store with confidence! And it was also SUPER easy to manage because it was so short.
My husband was and still is such a great support system when it came to my naturalwoolly hair journey! I am a strong believer that women in general get beautified for the most part for men. I am so glad my husband accepted my natural beauty standard. He’s awesome and I thank him for that.
How would you describe your hair texture?
My hair texture is defined as woolly, like a lamb’s hair. I would say I have Type 4a, 4b, and 4c hair scattered on my head. Mostly 4b though.
Tell us about your hair color, how do you achieve it and has it affected your hair negatively?
My hair color has always been brown. It was a much lighter brown when I chemically relaxed it. Now being NaturalWoolly, its a dark brown.
Which products do you use to wash and style your hair?
I use diverse products in my hair to wash and style it. But my staples are a good shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, butter, oil and leave in. I enjoy the Suave Almond + Shea Butter shampoo and conditioner. I love Shea Moisture’s deep conditioners! Here are some of my favorites in order from greatest to least:
***Sacha Inchi Oil Omega-3-6-9 Rescue + Repair Hair Masque
***Jamaican Black Castor Oil Intesive Strenthening Masque
***Manuka Honey and Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Hair Masque
***Yucca & Plantain Anti-Breakage Strengthenin Masque
And if I am not making my own butter and oil mixtures, I use Cocoa Fresh’s AWESOME products: https://www.etsy.com/shop/CocoaSheaHairNBeauty
I enjoy the green and clear Eco Styler Gels for a wash and go or I’ll make a homemade flaxseed gel. I keep it simple with my products for the most part…. but I will spend money on butters & oils, and also deep conditioners because they really do help reconstruct my strands when they need some extra TLC.
What are your favourite hairstyles?
I am tender headed so anything that is slightly tight on my head I can get a quick headache, so I love wearing my hair down in a twist/braid out or fro, stretched/blown-out or non-stretched! Pineapples and mini-twists are some of my favorites.
Tell us two things that helped you get the hair you have now (can be products, styles).
Two things that helped me attain the hair I have now, is 1) sealing the water with butter and oils, and 2) necessary trims.
Tell us 2 don’ts for your hair.
Two don’ts for my hair is 1) Don’t rush during the detangling process and 2) Don’t leave it un-stretched for too long.
Where can we find you?

Hey so I don’t know if you’ve already been asked this or anything (sorry if you have) but my edges are in need of some help. It’s one of my insecurities because black people usually have the best edges and mine are uneven, I have a widows peak, and they are nappy. What can I do to get them looking somewhat normal? Please help if you can!
1. Before applying any product to your edges, spray them with some water to add extra control2. Apply coconut or castor oil to give them a subtle hold, help them grow out, and to give them a healthy shine3. If you need a stronger hold than castor oil or coconut oil, try products like Eco styler gel, Hick's edges or Gorilla snot.4. Apply your products in layers and add on as needed; don't pile it all on at once.5. Use a toothbrush or small comb to shape/style your hairs however you want.6. Tie a scarf around your edges and wait for them to dry completely.
