Esta escena es muy especial porque resalta el interés que Armando tuvo por Betty desde muy temprano en el programa, ya sea que se diera cuenta o no. La ansiedad, la desesperación y el estrés que tenía Armando porque lo único que quería era estar con Betty. Un poco de contexto detrás de esta escena: Mario y Armando van a un evento de trabajo en Color In. Marcela aparece sorpresivamente en el evento al que Armando la "invitó". La misión de la noche era que Armando escapara de Marcela para poder ir a ver a Betty que lo estaba esperando en una discoteca. Al final, a Armando solo le preocupaba cómo se sentía Betty y no Marcela. Esto indica muy pronto que Betty será y siempre será la principal prioridad de Armando por encima de cualquier otra persona.

This scene is very special because it highlights the interest that Armando took for Betty very early on in the show, whether he realized it or not. The anxiety, desperation, and stress that Armando was under because the only thing he wanted was to be with Betty. Some context behind this scene: Mario and Armando go to a work event at Color In. Marcela suprisingly shows up at the event that Armando "invited" her to. The mission for the night was for Armando to escape from Marcela so that he can go see Betty who was waiting for him at a discoteque. At the end, Armando was only concerned about how Betty was feeling and not Marcela. This indicates very early on that Betty will and always will be Armando's main priority above anyone else's.

tbh i think it's a little narrow minded of ppl to think the ecomoda spinoff was the pinnacle of sequels\continuations, when if you watch it, you can see it suffers from a rushed delivery.

scenes that needed multiple takes, the side characters became caricatures of themselves, mario's there.

the best thing, and of which there wasn't enough of---was a look into betty and armando's married life.

it's biggest flaw was the sitcom setting they gave it. these characters were born in a drama with carefully orchestrated comedic moments. they weren't meant for a sitcom setting. that's why side characters in that new setting become so grating.

it's not the worst 35 episodes but it's not the best either. it truly looks like it was made under a time crunch and could have benefited from more time and more money.
