In line with the growing adoption of electric vehicles (EV), India is expected to have 30% of the vehicles on its roads to be electric or hybrid electric vehicles by 2030. Currently, India has about 23 crore vehicles. One-third of the vehicles by 2030 could amount to about 10 crore vehicles.
The increasing vehicle population means a huge ecosystem of Original Equipment Manufacturers and component companies. Electric mobility can thus create millions of local, green, and highly skilled jobs.
According to the estimate of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, the EV industry alone will create one crore jobs by 2030. For every direct job, there will likely be five indirect jobs in society - this takes the number of total employment by the EV industry to about 5 crores.

Signs Pointing To An Electric Future
• The world needs to rapidly de-carbonize the transportation sector in order to avoid the worst impacts of climate change. Transportation accounts for 15% of global greenhouse gas emissions and is the largest source (at nearly 28.5%) of U.S. greenhouse gas emissions as of 2016.
• In just the last few years, nine countries, including China, France, and the UK, along with various cities and states have announced eventual bans on internal combustion engines.
• In 2018, EV sales grew 81% in the U.S., and in Norway, pure EVs and plug-in hybrids reached half of all car sales. The International Energy.
Is India Ready For Electrical vehicles?
• India has been manufacturing indigenously and successfully using Electric Locomotives that pull train coaches with thousands of tons of load. This has not only saved conventional fuel like coal, diesel but has also saved the environment from getting polluted further. Accordingly, manufacturing and using electric cars is not a big hurdle.
• According to a report by NITI Aayog,
• India can save 64% of anticipated passenger road-based mobility-related energy demand and 37% of carbon emissions in 2030 by pursuing a shared, electric, and connected mobility future.
• This would result in a reduction of 156 mega toes in diesel and petrol consumption for that year. At USD 52/bbl of crude, this would imply a net savings of roughly Rs 3.9 lakhs crore (approximately 60 billion USD) in 2030. These figures clearly indicate an urgent requirement for the replacement of conventional vehicles with electric vehicles.
• While prominent manufacturers such as Maruti Suzuki India, Hero Electric Vehicles, Mahindra and Mahindra are already registered electric manufacturers in India, latest collaborations such as Suzuki and Toyota, are planning to launch electric vehicles in India.
• Among the world’s 20 most polluted cities in the world, 13 are in India. Vehicular pollution is one of the major contributors to air pollution. India is in a group of countries that has the highest particulate matter (PM) levels. Its cities have the highest levels of PM10 and PM2.5 (particles with a diameter of 10 microns and 2.5 microns). These figures are six times more than the WHO’s “safe” limit of 25 micrograms and represent the exigency for Electrical Vehicles.
• As a signatory to the Paris climate agreement, India is obligated to bring down its share of global emissions by 2030. Thus the government of India is making key initiatives such as the launch of the National E-Mobility Programme, planning guidelines to encourage the use of such vehicles by NITI Aayog, etc. to promote EVs in India.

MG Motor India ties up with CleanMax, adopts wind-solar hybrid energy

MG Motor India has collaborated with CleanMax to become the first passenger car company to adopt wind-solar hybrid energy, a statement said on Thursday.
Under the collaboration, Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions (CleanMax) will supply 4.85 MW of wind-solar hybrid power to MG Motor's manufacturing facility in Halol.
"With this partnership, MG will abate approximately 2 lakh MT of CO2 over 15 years which is equal to planting more than 13 lakh trees," the statement said.
The carmaker has been at the forefront of promoting EV adoption in India with the launch of India's first Pure Electric Internet SUV MG ZS EV, it stated.
CleanMax is the first renewable energy company to set up a wind-solar hybrid power park in Gujarat to sell clean energy to private consumers and corporates. It plans to expand to 150 MW by 2022. MG's Halol facility is expected to begin drawing power in February 2022 from CleanMax's hybrid park in Rajkot and will continue to do so for 15 years.

Amazon and Future are having a legal tussle after the US e-commerce giant dragged Future Group to arbitration at Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in October last year, arguing that FRL had violated their contract by entering into the deal with rival Reliance.
On March 18, a single judge bench of Justice J R Midha had imposed costs of ₹20 lakh on the Future Group and others associated with it and ordered attachment of their properties. The high court had asked the parties to file an affidavit detailing their assets within one month and show cause as to why they not be detained under civil prison, PTI reported.

Japanese shares soared with the broad Topix index hitting a 30-year high, after Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga offered to resign, Reuters reported.
The country’s Nikkei share average rose 2.04% while the broader Topix vaulted 1.61% to reach levels not seen since April 1991. For the week, the Nikkei gained 5.4%, the most since early November when Joe Biden won the U.S. presidential election.
“Japanese shares had badly underperformed in recent months despite very strong earnings recovery and the only reason I could think of was a sense of stagnation due to the government’s poor response to the pandemic,” Takashi Hiroki, chief strategist at Monex Securities told Reuters.

E-commerce retailer Snapdeal is considering an initial public offering that could raise about $400 million, Bloomberg reported.
The company is speaking with advisers regarding a potential listing in Mumbai next year that could value it at as much as $2.5 billion.
Discussions are still at an early stage, and the firm could decide not to proceed with the plan. Bloomberg said representatives for Snapdeal and SoftBank declined to comment.

Industrial metals were mostly higher today, with copper’s advance putting it on track for a second straight weekly gain, as the dollar sank to its lowest in almost a month ahead of a crucial U.S. jobs data, according to a Reuters report.
Three-month copper on the London Metal Exchange was up 0.6% at $9,433.50 a tonne, while the most-traded October copper contract on the Shanghai Futures Exchange rose 1% to 69,500 yuan ($10,760.35) a tonne, the report noted.

Tata Motors today inaugurated 70 new sales outlets across South India in one go, as part of its retail acceleration strategy. Spread across 53 cities, the new outlets have been strategically mapped to key emerging markets of the Southern region, the company said.
The showrooms will be home to the company’s ‘New Forever’ range of passenger vehicles, including its electric vehicles portfolio.
With the addition of new showrooms, Tata Motors’ network in Southern India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala) will be 272 and the retail footprint in India will grow to 980, a PTI report noted.

August service activity grows at fastest pace since pandemic began
India’s services industry in August expanded at its fastest pace since March 2020 when the pandemic began as businesses reopened and vaccination rates improved, Reuters reported citing a survey.
The IHS Markit Services Purchasing Managers’ Index rose to 56.7 in August, above the 50-level that indicates growth. PMI had been below 50 for three months and was 45.4 in July.
“The Indian service sector bounced back in August, led by the reopening of several establishments and improved client confidence due to growing vaccine coverage,” Polyanna De Lima, economics associate director at IHS Markit told Reuters.
“Service providers foresee a brighter outlook, with firms indicating that the economic recovery could be sustained if restrictions continue to be lifted and further waves of contamination can be avoided.”

Indian companies’ foreign borrowing jumps 60% in July
Indian companies raised over $3.43 billion from foreign markets through external commercial borrowings (ECBs) in July this year, a jump of about 60% from a year ago, PTI reported citing RBI data.
Indian companies had borrowed $2.15 billion from overseas markets in July 2020.
Of the total borrowings during July 2021, $3.03 billion came in through the automatic route of the ECB, while $400 million was through the approval route.

Sebi moves Supreme Court against SAT order on PNB Housing Finance
Markets regulator Sebi has approached the Supreme Court against the Securities Appellate Tribunal’s order related to the PNB Housing Finance’s ₹4,000 crore equity capital raise plan, PTI reported.
On August 9, the two-member bench of the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) pronounced a split verdict, saying there was difference of opinion between the members of the bench. PNB Housing Finance is restrained by SAT from disclosing the voting results by the shareholders on the fund raise plan until further orders.
“It has been brought to our notice that SEBI has filed an appeal to the Supreme Court of India against the order of SAT,” PNB Housing Finance said in a regulatory filing.

CEO, CFO of scam-hit Karvy arrested
Karvy Stock Broking Chief Executive Officer Rajiv Ranjan Singh, and Chief Financial Officer G. Krishna Hari of Karvy were arrested basing on a complaint by IndusInd bank for allegedly involving in diverting funds raised from banks by pledging clients’ securities as collaterals, PTI reported.
The police had earlier arrested Chairman C Parthasarathy, on charges of defaulting a loan to the tune of ₹137 crore to IndusInd Bank.

HDFC Life Insurance to buy Exide Life
HDFC Life Insurance will buy the life insurance unit of battery maker Exide Industries for ₹6,687 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.
As part of the deal, HDFC will issue 8.7 crore shares to Exide Industries at ₹685 per share and the remaining amount as a cash payout of ₹726 crore. Exide Life will merge into HDFC Life after the acquisition. .
“This is a landmark transaction, first of its kind, in the Indian life insurance space,” HDFC Life Chairman Deepak Parekh said in a statement. “It would enhance insurance penetration and further our purpose of providing financial protection to a wider customer base.”

The fall was likely due to traders squaring positions ahead of U.S non-farm payrolls report for August as there are concerns that consensus maybe weaker than forecasts, Stephen Innes, managing partner at SPI Asset Management told Rueters.

All this education was taught in Gurukul, but with time, when Gurukul disappeared, this knowledge also disappeared! Today, the future of the youth of our country is being destroyed by the Macaulay method, then in such a time, the redemption of Gurukul is needed.  
How did Gurukul end in India? 
Convent schools ruined. Indian Education Act was formed in 1858 It was drafted by 'Lord Macaulay'. Even before he had conducted a survey of education system here (India), many Britishers had given their reports about India's education system. One of the British officer was G.W. Luther and the other was Thomas Munro! Both of them had surveyed different areas at different times. Luther, who surveyed North India, wrote that there is 97 % literacy here and Munro, who surveyed South India, wrote that here there is 100% literacy.   
Macaulay had clearly said that if India is to be slaves forever, its ′′ indigenous and cultural education system ′′ must be completely demolished and replaced with ′′ English education system ′′ and only then only in body Indians but English will be born from the brain and when they leave the university of this country, they will work in our interest.  
Macaulay is using an idiom - ′′ Just as a farm is thoroughly plowed before a crop is planted, so must it be plowed and brought in the English education system. ′′ That's why he first declared Gurukuls illegal. Then he declared Sanskrit illegal and the Gurukul's of this country he finished it by roaming around setting them on fire, beat the teachers in it and put them in jail.  
Till 1850 there were ' 7 lakh 32 thousand ' Gurukul in this country and at that time there were ' 7 lakhs 50 thousand ' villages in India. Meaning every village had an average Gurukul and all these Gurukuls used to be ' Higher Learning Institute ' in today's language. 18 subjects were taught in all of them and these people of Gurukul Samaj used to run these together, not by the king.  
Education was given free in Gurukuls. This is how all Gurukuls were abolished and then English education was legalized and the first convent school opened in Calcutta. That time it was called 'free school'. Under this law, Calcutta University was created in India, Bombay University was created, Madras University was created, these three slavery-era universities are still in the country!  
Macaulay had written a letter to his father. It is a very famous letter, in it he writes: 
′′ These convent schools will bring out children who look like Indians but are English by brain and they don't know anything about their country. They won't know anything about their culture, they won't have any idea about their traditions, they will not know their idioms, when such children are there in this country, even if the British go away, English will not leave this country. ′′
 The truth of the letter written at that time is clearly visible in this country now and see the misery of the act that we are ashamed to speak our own language. Speak in English to be called an educated. We feel inferior of ourselves who are ashamed to speak our own language.  
People argue that English is the international language. There are 204 countries in the world and the English language is spoken, read and understood in only 11 countries, then how is this international language? Even in terms of words, English is not rich but poor language. The bible of these British was not in English and Jesus Christ did not speak English. The language of Jesus Christ and the language of the Bible were Armec. The script of Armek language was similar to our Bangla language. That language went extinct in the time cycle.   
The language in the United Nations is not English, all the work there is in French. A society that is cut off from its mother tongue never gets good and this was Macaulay’s strategy! In which almost they have conquered because today's youth knows more about Europe than India. Considers Indian culture as dhakosla but imitates western countries. Supports the leftist despite not knowing the importance and characteristics of religion.   
A pricking question to all the brothers, we all should know about religion. Because religion teaches us nationalism, religion teaches us socialism, religion motivates us to sacrifice our life for parents, teachers and nation. Tradition is a spiritual science, spirituality is the richer science than the science we all know today...
