My friend called me this morning and just started off with no hello or anything.
"You know in Once Upon A Studio where every Disney character comes to life? Where are the Pixar characters?"
"It's just the disney characters, the Pixar characters are probably at Pixar studios."
"They're probably fighting for their life."
"Huh."
"The Pixar characters are in life threatening situations every second in some of their movies. They're probably fighting a monster or something."
"Go to sleep."
And I couldn't stop thinking of how funny the idea was

yknow what, fuck you, [unhumans your previous elemental masters of lightning and ice and makes them best friends^_^]
Ice is an unspecified eldritch being. He has an uncanny valley effect on humans that unnerves the majority of the team who in turn can't understand how Libber, Garmadon, and Wu don't feel unsettled by him. Eventually, the teams warms up to him, and though no one becomes as close to him as Libber is, everyone knows they can come to him if they want to hex their ex or get a demon exorcised (sometimes these are one and the same).
Libber is a raijū and though this isn't common knowledge when she joins the elemental masters, news quickly spreads; she isn't great at keeping secrets. She DOES bite and Maya learnt this the hard way.

Found Family. Nimona wanted a friend, found a boss, and ended up with a dad.
Even though this movie didn't win the Oscar's, it's definitely still one of the best animated movies of all time (this is not my opinion this is a fact). The reason I love this movie so much is because it has paved the way for animated movies to come, for them to have more positive queer representation in kids media.
This movie deserves more recognition than it currently has. Thank you team Nimona for making one of my favourite movies of all time.

What are the scariest movies you ever saw?
probably ju-on: the grudge, noroi: the curse and, although it wasn't by any means a good film, the tunnel, which managed to unsettle me by keeping its monster off-camera until almost the very end (at which point the fear factor dropped significantly, but i was already rattled enough to admit it had done its job).
