He/she must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and issues. The successful candidate will also have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills, demonstrating the ability to be an innovator and change agent. Responsibilities Direct leadership of maintenance crews covering a 24/7 operating capability Responsibility for manpower management: day to day line support in-house repair work Vacation, OT & weekend work scheduling. Defining daily tasks and setting directions for the team Training and directing the training of maintenance associates to support production requirements Planning and execution of preventive maintenance of all machines. General inspection of machines. Standard development and creation of procedures and methods Project management: both internal maintenance projects, and minor contractor projects. Maintain spare parts inventory. Identify and order needed parts, maintain tracking system. Attending breakdowns and initiate corrective action. Communicate with machine part suppliers for special items. He has overall responsibility for maintenance so he has to take care of the entire maintenance records machines. Divide the maintenance job to his team in proper way and fully involve in this to avoid any break down in machine. He should make effective preventive maintenance plan for all the machines. He should keep minimum label of spare part to avoid any break down in machine. Taking care of all the spares which we have with record. The entire machine should have proper protection to avoid any damages & break down. All the spare head & all should be kept in proper place & in proper way. He should maintain all the documentation as per ISO. Maintain the machine function as normal & its system as given by machine supplier instruction and change oil and necessary thing as per recommend If any machine is off due to no plan at that time he should plan to do the general maintenance and keep the machine ready to run in proper way. He has overall responsibility for maintenance so he has to take care of the entire maintenance records machine vise. Responsible to follow quality management & company procedures Education B.E/B.TECH (Electrical & Electronics) or Engineering degree with sound experience Experience/Skills: Preferable in Experience - Blow moulding Plastic manufacturing industry. Significant knowledge of mechanical, Electronics & electrical repair leadership experience with entry to senior level professionals Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence Computer literacy Lean manufacturing skills and systems development Significant leadership Advanced manufacturing knowledge Leaders who make sound judgments in ambiguous environment Project management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs. Open minded , highly flexible, positive attitude Good overall people management skills.
