Threading might be the best thing that has ever happened in my increasingly codependent self-brow relationship–it didn’t make me break out like waxing does, while still providing the proper arches that I thought could only be achieved through some very deft plucking.

Dem: Yeah, they take this piece of thread and work on your eyebrows. You could totally use it too, just to clean up the shape a bit.

BH: She's right you know.

Flug: Uhhhh, ok? I mean, if you guys are doing it I guess I'm game.

Dem: Sweet! Heads up, it kinda hurts at first.

((I've done this once and I can tell you firsthand, NEVER AGAIN. It hurt like a bitch and I saw no difference. If it did anything for me I might do it again, but as it stands, it's an ABSOLUTELY NOT from me))

Things to remember when you thread your own eyebrows: 1. Always start on the side opposite your primary hand. It's a lot easier to sculpt the primary hand side to match the weak hand side, but incidentally, not the other way around 2. Don't get lazy and just shave between thread sessions. Just let it grow, because eyebrow stubble is mad hard to thread 3. You cute and you're saving like 10 bucks

Got my eyebrows threaded for the first time today.

Ahhh it HURT like hell! I was not expecting it to hurt, I'm not sure why I thought like that. But now my eyebrows look super CUTE! :) I was really due for it.
