DAYUM! Love this concept!! Also yeah the naked adam model is...interesting. Also yeah also trying those achievements. Foxiest is bugged to hell, so it's luck of the draw. Just doing legend now and ill try Foxiest and Factory0 on easy next go round. again.

Deus Ex - Sarifs Attack Dog I wanted to do this 1st time I played the HR game, but then I was doodling with a mouse and I never got it look DX-y enough. Also was testing a bit of how is to work with 'mixer' brush and heavy migraine. Now that I have completed umpteenth replay of HR, time to move on MD? Nah, I restarted HR again to see if I finally can do Foxiest of Hounds and factory 0 - neither I have never even attempted before. By the way did you know there is completely naked Adam model in MD ? Cry 'Havoc!' and let slip the dogs of the juice fast

So as part of my somewhat quiet but ongoing goal of maximizing every moment of my life, I am going to consume nothing but juice, water, and an occasional espresso for at least the next 72 hours (until Thursday, 12 noon, PDT) and possibly longer.  

Why do this?  I eat a lot of garbage (living next to a popeyes is subobpital) and always feel a bit drowsy or that there is a haze over my mind.  There are those that believe a juice fast will detoxify your body, accelerate your metabolism, and improve focus.  The science is at best undecided on this.  So, why is a die hard, rational empiricist undergoing an unproven technique for self improvement?  It is not a fix, it is an experiment.  It may work, it may not.  I can't wait to find out.  

At least one of the other members of the house I'm living at temporarily, Factory0, is doing this with me.  I firmly believe that social pressures and feedback are the only way to create lasting personal changes.  I look forward to exploring this. 

Also, I will readily admit that the occasional shot of espresso is not exactly detoxifying.  But, the world doesn't stop for my crazy experiments and my housemates have an amazing espresso machine.  It would be criminal to not exploit that.
