HAMMY'S POSTING. I finished Spooky Mix after playing a bunch of it during work breaks, so now I feel confident I can post some of my Friday Night Funkin' Verse headcanons! Tho' I will mostly be focusing on the base game at the moment, because Idk how many of my FNF-related mutuals have played the mod (ya'll should).

While Pump cannot see through Girlfriend's disguise (hence why his eyes never turned blue during Week 2), he knows for a fact that Daddy Dearest and Mommy Mearest are actual demons, just like Moloch. Him and Skid were Christmas shopping with Lila, noticed what was going on in the mall's main floor, and Pump pointed it out to them immediately. Alas, as usual, Skid did not believe him, and it resulted in a small back-and-forth between the kids that prompted Lila to take them somewhere else so they could get over their disagreement quickly. It is why they were not present in the background of the first two songs of Week 5, and thankfully they did not witness the mall Santa taking a bullet to the head.

Pump's eyes also turn blue around Monster. Problem is, he does not know what Monster is and this does not help narrow it down. Therefore, this is a very heated topic of discussion between him and Skid. There is a running gag between them where they describe Monster as an increasingly-more-creative creature every time the subject pops up. Sometimes he is a lemon-looking demon, other times a shapeshifter, a specter-- one of them swears he is sentient red-and-black liquid that takes over people and things, but they can not reach a common consensus. To further drive the point home, they also call Monster by a different name every time they see him, and they are far from running out of ideas.

BONUS POINT: in a hypothetical in which him and Skid were to end up at Girlfriend's house for some reason, Pump would know she owns a ghost-possessed videogame, and his eyes would even turn blue because Spirit is, technically, dangerous. Would that stop them from pestering Senpai by skipping all of his in-game dialogue because they think a dating sim has anything OTHER than text to read? Nope.

If Skid and Pump are together, chances are Monster is somewhere nearby. Whether this is the result of a bunch of coincidences, or something deliberate on Monster's part, is unknown. He is just there, somewhere, in the distance, standing menacingly, with appearances very akin to Slenderman sightings. And, unless they were to notice, the kids do not even know they are being actively stalked by a cannibalistic monster. All because they are in good terms with Boyfriend and Girlfriend, after they played with them during Week 2, and they will sometimes hang around them. All of them share a single braincell anyways. Not like it matters, for Pump must have noticed him at least once and Skid, still, did not believe him. Yeah, they should work on that.
