Hakuoki SSL Kazama Cross Story "Friend” Translation

Did this one since Kazama’s SSL short stories are quite entertaining due to his “common sense” lol. I was surprised to see an exchange with Sen and Kazama in SSL.... but I really like how the two always seem to butt heads so I ended up translating this. As always this was translated from Chinese to English so something might have been lost in translation... but oh well. 

There’s also something with Harada and Shiranui, Hijikata and Amagiri, Heisuke and Shiranui, and Heisuke and Amagiri for the cross stories that I’ll get to later... probably [eventually... lol].... though its unfortunate that I couldn’t find anything with Saito and Amagiri in it... or Harada and Sen (I really like Sen and ship her with him... especially since I thought it was interesting how she commented about him being hot in the SSL live action series and how harada actually goes to the Yase village for some reason in the yuugiroku vita game in kazama’s spring route). *sigh* c’est la vie. 

I’ve updated my lookout list again due to me waiting on the closing of an auction for that one item almost 3000 yen cheaper which i won... [unfortunately i couldn’t resist the allure of one of the last hakuoki shinkai art books - its the one with the cd, that i didn’t have....seriously no more shopping now]. please check that it if you own any hakuoki cds or know where to get access to them... also if you can recommend a Chinese text extractor from image free website that does multiple files at once (and without a limit  that requires signing up to bypass it) tell me... or one that can extract text written vertically since all the ones i’ve tried so far gets me weird stuff.

Well...i don’t intend to ever do this much stuff at once ever again lol... but I had a shitty week (sleeping-wise) and spent that time doing things that didn’t really help... like translating lol. Anyway, I’m not entirely sure how many SSL non-drama cd things I’m going to translate [btw: currently looking for someone to translate about 2 lines of dialogue that are missing from student general assembly track 3 translation that i found that are spoken in the background] though if I did it would only be from the cross or daily stories for the game since I can’t really find route translations nor care to look for them... also I honestly don’t have the much interest in the routes aside from Saito’s, Yamazaki’s and Kazama’s given the summaries I’ve read online [well it’s more that I’m happy with what other people have already put together to read]. still looking for a Chinese translation of reimeiroku’s serizawa’s route (the 6th chp in particular since it’s when ibuki encounters kazama and chizuru on their way to ezo, and the epilogue [?] where i think he ends up with that cg.... though i did find a video and translations for when kazama and chizuru are talking in her home and she leans onto his back)... unfortunately some of the yuugiroku 2 vids i found used vnr translations... so iuno if i’ll bother with that.. or reimeiroku kozue’s route as it also used vnr since i don’t really want to translate mtl + human translated stuff with the help of the same methods. 

Also holy shit I can’t believe I spent about 45 min extracting text from a 14 min Hakuoki drama only to spend 50 minutes double checking that that was converted properly into text via an image to text extractor then going over that to ensure it was accurate... and I’m going to be spending an even longer amount of time to translate said shit.
