Wanted to design a mascot horror style creature based on my own childhood experiences for quite some time and finally did it. The setting would be a water theme park that was built on land that hadn't been used by anyone else for a reason.

If this image gets a lot of positive feedback I may expand this with more characters and lore (otherwise art like this just takes too long for me so its not really worth it lol).

Sometimes I like to think about incompatible fictional universes and what would happen if they like overlapped. For example in my toon story murder is not actually plausible outside of extremely niche circumstances because these creatures quite literally work on cartoon logic. So like if I took Luca from @naninadz 's body of work, a very murderous horror lady, and applied it to Gene it would just

Since Splash (link here) got some good feedback as promised I did continue my mascot horror idea... well kinda this is going to be the last part of it for now sine I'm busy with other art project.

Anyway while Splash is the main face of the water theme park Floaty is a second suit used to promote attractions aimed at a younger customer base. Once her suit got got inhabited it started to behave as a ambush predator: lying in wait in unlit hallways in the indoor areas of the park.

Due to its sheer size its impossible to really run around it so I advice just running in the opposite direction ya know.. if you manage to spot it before it spots you. This thing can move awfully fast when its motivated.

Borf borf its Dogtober so I decided to draw Gene as a taur so they're extra dog!

Spent a lot of yesterday actually finishing up my pride image and who better to star in that than my character Gaylord the Goose?

Reimaged Lou's design to be closer to the original concept of it (a rotund villainous looking raccoon that is not in fact a villain at all).

I'm not sure how mean Tumblr will be to this so I'm uploading it as a textpost instead of an image one but ANYWAY! I wanted to challenge myself to make pixel sprites of all my OCs but its taking too long so I'm just going to post the first two... one? Its the same character but different forms.

My self imposed rules are sprites couldn't be above 125 pixels tall and have more than 15 colors in their pallet. Here's the ref of the characters as they normally look just to show the effort i put to translates those details within this limitation.

Its been a while since I've needed to make a pinned tweet introducing myself. Anyway hello I'm Eugene! I also go by Gene or G and my pronouns are he/him or they/them (either is fine). I'm some disabled Canadian creature in my mid 30s. I draw sometimes and retweet a lot of goofy nonsense.

I tag my own art as #g made a cropcircle and the art of others as #amazing artwork. I also attempt to tag things in a way that's relevant to their content to make it easier to parse.
