Aim to complete their last nap of the day at 5pm and from that moment on slowly transition the mood of the house towards bed time 💥TRY THESE TWO CHANGES STARTING TODAY for 3 days and let me know how it goes✍️ If it feels like it’s going in the right direction, but you need more help then book your FREE call and let’s work on 3 additional things you can try to make a 7pm bedtime happen for your family!
