Stede is kneeling before Ed, holding the red fabric Ed had tossed into the sea - implying he found it on his return to his ship. Ed is seated on center of the ship, draped in the break up robe, and his hair is styled back with flowers while his arm holds a dagger. Whether he is about to strike or put it down is open for the viewer's interpretation. Behind them is an oceanside view of a nearby beach, the sun setting on the horizon.

So proud to finally post my art for the OFMD Big Bang 2022! This was my first ever big bang and I think this is the best fanart I've ever done.

The story is 87 Birds by @gwylliondream.

@gwylliondream was so wonderful to collaborate with, and I am so grateful that we got matched.

For me, the only thing they found in their little hovel inn was a big copper bathtub big enough for two (sort of). And after a while of collecting some beautiful bath milks and hair conditioners Stede has his ‘giving all of the love Ed deserves’ routine down to a tee.
