Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. A 8x8-inch baking dish should be greased. With a whisk, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in the eggs, almond milk, coconut oil or butter that has been melted, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together well. Mix in the apple dices, then pour the batter into the baking dish that has been prepared. For the crumb topping, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol a sugar substitute, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut up some cold butter or coconut oil and add it to the dry ingredients. Then, use a fork or pastry cutter to mix it in until it looks like crumbles. Spread the crumbs out evenly on top of the cake batter. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let the cake cool down before cutting it. Serve and have fun!

Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 cups broccoli florets. 2 cups cauliflower florets. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced. 1/2 cup gluten-free teriyaki sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Salt and pepper, to taste. Sesame seeds, for garnish optional. Green onions, chopped, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C. Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper with the gluten-free teriyaki sauce in a large bowl. Spread the chicken breasts out in the bowl so that they are all covered in the teriyaki sauce. Give them at least 15 minutes to soak up the sauce. Put parchment paper on a large sheet pan or lightly grease it to keep things from sticking. Put the chicken breasts that have been marinated on one side of the baking sheet. Put the broccoli, cauliflower, and bell peppers in the same bowl. Coat them with the rest of the teriyaki sauce. On the other side of the sheet pan, spread the vegetable mix out. Place the dish in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked 165F or 74C internal temperature and the vegetables are soft. Halfway through the cooking time, stir the vegetables. If you want, you can add chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving. Cook the chicken and vegetables on a sheet pan without gluten. Serve them hot and enjoy!
