This is my Hananuki AU

Context:

Smg3 developed the Hananuki Disease (look it up) after he and 4 had an argument and 3 starts to believe that 4 can't possibly love him back.

Heres the thing though...

Its a terminal disease, and if SOMETHING doesn't happen, Smg3 could die.
