🫀 How many of you know that the month of February is #HeartMonth??? Now how many of you know that the week of 7/2-14/2 is #CHDAwarenessMonth??? 🫀

CHD stands for Congenital Heart Defect; and I was born with one called Tetralogy of Fallot (or TOF). So needless to say, this whole month and especially this week are quite important to me... Did you know 1 in 100 newborns are born with some form of heart defect??? Did you know heart disease is the #1 killer worldwide??? Do you know what you can do to protect your heart and help those already affected by heart defects and heart disease???
