Our European Adventure - Day 7
Our European Adventure – Day 7
A rural Catholic church near Neuschwanstein, Germany.
Our seventh day of sightseeing started on a somber note. A short drive from Munich is the World War II concentration camp of Dachau. It was a last-minute addition to our itinerary.

The Three-castle-hiking-tour from Füssen, Bavaria, to the castles Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein in Febuary 2024
Weather: not brilliant
Castle no. 1: Hohes Schloss von Füssen (pic taken the next day due to better weather)
Schwansee. Weather piss poor, but the vibes are brilliant. Added bonus: we're almost completely alone
Alpsee
Castle no. 2: Hohenschwangau
After a hike up to the Marienbrücke: one of the most famous views of Germany XD
Castle no. 3: Neuschwanstein
Overflown with tourists, of course, even on a rainy day in Febuary
On the way back it's stopped raining at least. View still nice and creepy, and a short distance away from the castles we were alone again
The Lechfall, our last stop on our way back (pic taken the next thankfully sunny day) Famous for its color.
Hike took us 6 and a half hours. Despite weather totally worth it <3

anyone who watched this movie, will be quick to notice they are still in their roles on this photo from premier (I think it was held in the Hofgarten in Munich Residenz)
Otto is looking lost everything is bit too much all the spotlights, Ludwig is happy prince fairytale king with his bird and brilliant childlike smile, and Richard is boyfriend material aka trophy boyfriend. Richard is Kenough.
