what are horror and somas feelings on each other ;w;/♥

God I been thinking about this aggressively. Honestly, Fang (my horrors name,,)has a hard time with his feelings (my horror at least I’m not sure how og works fully but-).

he’s not one to make friends, nor to really go out of his way to really help anyone after fang made it to the surface. But finding a hurt monster about to be butchered by some nasty human fishermen, well. It triggered the skeleton to go out of his comfort zone and potentially slice them to pieces to free soma. Given the fact fish monsters make, horror a little antsier than other monsters and humans (undyne yep,,) he struggles with soma at first, trying to figure them out a bit. Being half siren soma tends to be a bit of an eye catch of weird. But fang grew to overlook it and realize they’re just baby when they legit first hugged a bloody stranger for literally turning their kidnappers into chum for the water. after that they been clingy on horror since because they were lost in the big human city docks trying to find their pal. And during the days that soma stayed with horror to recover in his literal bathtub shape of water style… horror definitely was having some struggles to get attached or make a “friend”. Papyrus obviously was ESCACTIC. LIKE OH BOY NEW FRIEND NEW PAL, FISH FRIEND SIREN? NOT HUMAN OR LIKE OTHER MONSTERS, OBVIOUSLY VErY COOL

... What’s not to love when soma is a bundle of baby and joy! Literal sunshine. And it was getting to horror, that god damn. This guy is actually way too fucking cute and sweet. Soma goes out of his way to make sure sans is ok too, that him and papyrus aren’t doing too much to overwork themselves once he gets a lil better.

Teaching fang to fish and bringing him food (stolen or caught) when they realized how much they’re struggling up here. (Soma is already from the surface in this au since he lives in the sea,,)

So yeah Fanf is, having a hard time fighting his insecurities to get closer to soma. He absolutely is smitten by the fella, but he’s afraid of hurting him or getting hurt himself. Let alone with koto finally finds them,, and well let’s just say he has his own wars with that big lug of angry blubber (affectionate)
