I was in a certain mindset when I started making this series, but with the writing as done as it will ever be (with only minor changes being possible), I feel I have properly switched from Angry Young Adult Mode into Workman Mode and can approach the material from an objective standpoint, without hoping to change what is coming up next. Streamlining the editing process has only aided my motivation.

Much like when I bought proper video editing software, I feel that removing the baked-in music did wonders for my sanity. I no longer face the pressure of memorizing everyone’s line recitals and executing a perfect performance of “Walking Around and Pressing X a Whole Lot” for 12 minutes (or even 6). Did it come out great? Of course. But it also took weeks to get right. That kind of pressure made itself apparent in every episode. It made them all a huge headache. I couldn’t justify it. But I want it out this year, and not only should I work harder, I ought to work smarter too.
