So tired of insomnia 😩 (pun intended…)
#I DID take my Wellbutrin at like 1:30 yesterday so that probably didn’t help#idk tho then why am I waking up at like 3am and later?#later today I’m going to make a point to get a hard cardio workout#I want to do everything I can to sleep decently on my own#I don’t want to rely on/become dependent on the trazodone 😣#I took it last two nights ago but if my next sleep sucks again I’ll take it again the following night#mine#insomnia
