aughhhhhh Abbacchio <3333 thank you SO much for writing all my specific incredibly self indulgent requests 😭😭😭 so I'm back with another one SSGJGSJDG I FEEL LIKE IM ABUSING A PRIVILEGE 🧍‍♂️

can I have headcanons for Abbacchio adopting his teen son and officially becoming his papa? Like perhaps the two met while at the lowest points of their lives (after The Incident for Abbacchio) and once Abbacchio is in a mostly stable situation again after joining Passione he adopts the kid who offered him companionship and friendship back then AUGH

So it was official. You got adopted by that former cop, who now was doing even more shady shit. But not minding that, now you have a home! You have love and care, a roof over your head, food, water, what more can you ask for?

Abbacchio actually refuses to tell you anything about his “current job”.

He doesn’t want you to get hurt.

Narancia for the character game! Or, if someone else beat me to Nara, Coco Jumbo

First impression: Okay so fun fact, my partner is a huge Narancia fan, and has been since before we met (which was actually because of JJBA lol, but I digress), so before I got to Vento Aureo, I already knew quite a bit about him from their infodumping. So I went into it kinda biased, but I did really like him from the start. I thought he was cute and fun and was a good silly childish character to balance out all the depressing shit happening elsewhere.

Impression now: Hhhhhhhhh. Love this little dude. I think he’s the second-best written character in that part (behind Bucciarati) and he occupies so much of my brain at all times you have no idea. He’s cute and silly, but not innocent, and his whole story really emphasizes the tragedy of VA. I like that, on a level only comparable to Giorno, he exercises a ton of agency – not only in getting on the boat, but by disobeying Bucciarati’s orders to leave Passione alone and go home. People don’t talk enough about how, unlike the others, Narancia actually had the chance to live a normal life, but didn’t take it. Narancia effectively ruined his own life for the sake of companionship. Augh. And I sobbed so hard over his death. Still do every time I watch it. Whatever. Fantastic character I adore him

Favorite moment: That scene where he’s in the turtle with Trish, and, even though she’s trying to hide her feelings, he reads her perfectly and lays everything out in a way that shocks even her. Even though there’s a lot of jokes about Narancia’s book smarts, he’s really fucking emotionally intelligent – more than anyone else in the gang, I’d say, easily – and that’s super important. It’s the reason he was able to get on the boat when Fugo wasn’t. There’s a few moments in Purple Haze Feedback, in flashbacks, where Narancia holds the fact that he’s older over Fugo’s head, and jokingly equates age with superiority and experience or whatever. But the truth is, he actually is wiser and understands the world better than Fugo (or, really, anyone else). Genuinely love that so much.

Idea for a story: Hopping on the pre-canon train again, but I really want to write about the period after Bucciarati sends him back home to return to school, up to the point where he goes behind his back and joins the gang. Unlike everyone else, he didn’t have Bucciarati to guide him towards Polpo, nor did he likely know what a stand was before his initiation. He had to figure all that out by himself and go into it blind. I don’t see enough fanwork about that, and it’s a shame, because I think there’s a lot of really interesting stuff to theorize about there.

Unpopular opinion: Hate hate HATE it when people treat him like a toddler. Like I said, he’s not innocent, and while he can be a bit childish, the infantilization he gets from the fandom is a bit much. Every time I see someone claim he should’ve been younger than Fugo, I’m like. NO. THATS THE POINT. LIKE I SAID HE’S OLDER AND WISER AND MORE MATURE AND THAT’S IMPORTANT. Also I feel like it’s weird how people constantly portray him like a child and rag on his intelligence when it seems likely that he has a learning disorder but we’re not ready for that conversation are we.

Favorite relationship: Ohh boy where do I start. Romantically I obviously adore Naramis and I really like Naratrish as well. Friends to lovers who act as each other’s solace from the horrors of their daily life + two sides of the same coin who naturally seem to understand each other but have to work to see where their own self projection ends and the other begins. Both fantastic dynamics imo. And his relationship with Fugo drives me insane oh my goddd. They’re exes they’re best friends they hurt each other constantly they love each other so deeply they know each other so well they’ll never be able to fully understand each other. They’re soulmates but not in a romantic sense just in two people who wouldn’t be complete had the other not occupied a space in their life. Etc.

Favorite headcanon: HIS SKIRT WAS HIS MOM’S AND HE TOOK IT WHEN HE RAN AWAY FOR GOOD also when he’s older because he lives to be older shhhh he gets a little growth spurt and ends up just barely taller than Fugo smiles. Autistic ADHD icon as well :]

A NOTP I have with said character:  do not ship him with Any of the kids please or i will be forced to rip you to shreds. also shipping him with anyone where his entire relationship to them is “wahhhh im rebounding because i love bruno but its unreciprocated” i see that shit. fuck off and die

A random headcanon:  abba owns a motorcycle thts his main mode of transportation when hes not w/ the gang and he named it monty<3 (short for monteverdi) its his baby and he loves his bike a lot.

OH and that he has a special interest in history <3 imo if he’d gone to college he’d be a history major

General Opinion over said character:  i wrote a fucking essay on him he lives in my HEAD and i really identify with his character 😖his character is ........... well. [points at my post] i have a lot of feelings about how tragic he is and how much happened to him so quickly and how he was getting better but it ultimately. didnt matter. augh.

Jojos Bizarreadventure for the meme

i just read prices answer to this and it was so eloquent so now im really put on the spot

as somebody whose actually pretty Not Good with gore i always feel bad reccomending Jojo to ppl but....it has its appeal 

fav characters: Josuke for sure. All forms of Joseph (funny bastard hours). I’m no 1 stan of all young child characters in JoJo--I run the Hayato Kawajiri fanclub he was an essetential part of the ending of part 4 and his arc ruled.

I’ve also been reading the Steel Ball Run manga and I really like Johnny. 100% willing to kill jojo. 

Rohan is also a fav simply bc like....augh...hes really that bitch. I hope he stays holded up in his house and koichi steals adderal from him forever.

least fav characters: uhhhhhhh every minor part 3 villain except like N’adul and Anubis.  Polenaraff. I just really hate part three in general. Every episode with polenaraff is pain. 

fav relationship: Uhhh I’m honestly not a huge shipper in jojo but the trio dynamics in Part 4 and 5 were great and thinking about Koichi and Rohan hanging out never fails to make me laugh. Joseph and Ceaser 

fav moment:  KILLER QUEEN BITES ZA DUSTO. 

Nah but the entire ending of part four was incredible. I actually really like “non stand user versus user” fights (they are rare), bc it really plays on the air of mystery abt stands that is half the fun of jojo. Hayato’s struggle to figure out Kira’s stand was awesome and the payoff to the fight was... chefs kiss. 

Beyond that..... the bodyswap part of part 5. The part 2 fight against Santanna where Joseph is just fucking with a piller men for no reason. Every time Polenaraff gets hurt. Diavolo’s reveal. The part of Steel Ball run where Lucy steel just straight up kills 2 guys with her tears. 

headcanons/theories: I have a crack theory that the stone ppl in part eight are from Kars rock. 

Beyooond that. I like to think that the Invisible baby from part 4 helped Joseph fix his marriage with Suzy Q, and they they all worked things out and that Shizuka went off to have her own jojo style adventure that araki just never wrote beacause it would be......to cool ;w;)

unpopular opinion: Avdul and Polenaraff is a stupid ship and Polenaraff should have died. Also Kakyion was boring. Did I mention I hate part 3? I hate part 3 so much. It was entirely unpleasent for me. Hol Horse was its only saving grave. 

how’d you find it: All my friends were into it and we started watching it at a party with me having a minimal idea of what it was. I did not expect so much gore >:P

random thoughts: I think I’d probably like jolyne etc but I haven’t read her part yet. I also really like Giorno even if I wouldn’t call him a favorite simply bc I think he’s really interesting as a character but most ppl dont seem to characterize him in a way I like. I think Giorno is a very weird charismatic fifteen year old with a really sad backstory and hes always thinking 35 steps ahead of you which makes him super unnerving to be around but you kinda get wrapped up in his shit anyway. He’s gonna be such a weird mob boss.
