As far as A Hat in Time ships go, since this is an A Hat in Time account, my favorite ships are:

-Flowercrown (Snatcher/Prince x Florist, the fanart made me like it)

-Vanessa x Prince (if its not a toxic relationship like in canon. Like canon Vanessa x Prince is an unhealthy relationship, it's complicated)

-Discotrain is pecking cute :3

-Snatcher x OCs is fun to see and I enjoy seeing the cute art :D

I can't think of any other ones, but there's probably ones I'm not thinking of rn (my brain is slow, I'm tired lol :P) , so if there's other ones y'all want my thoughts on, send asks and I'll try and answer em.

These are just my opinions, you guys are allowed to like whatever ships you like, I'm not judging (unless its like... an adult character and one of the kids, because that's wrong and I do not support that behavior onesoever).
