My own sister doesn't trust me to be alone with her kids (my nephew and nieces, all 5 and under). She has only been somewhat vague about why, but generally it seems to stem from my being autistic. We had an argument two years ago over a miscommunication and she remembers it different than I do. The worst thing is that she doesn't even believe I'm autistic, she just thinks I'm somehow unsafe to be alone with the kids. She says she feels like she has to repeat herself and I've been feeling like I've had to walk on eggshells these last 2 years. I've always tried my best to do what she and her husband wanted with their kids but I'm not perfect, I sometimes use the wrong words. The most frustrating thing is she's not even said this to me, she's said all of this to my mother. It's like she can't even talk to my face. I feel so confused how someone can say they love me but then treat me like there's something dangerous about me. Sorry for the rant, I just don't know what I'm supposed to do. I can't change that I'm autistic and I never seem to be good enough for her.

I’m sorry that your sister is being so mean and rude. And the fact that she doesn’t believe autism exists is just strait up delusional in my opinion. My best advice would be to at least try and explain your communication difficulties. If she’s will to hear you out.

I have no idea why your sister is going around telling everybody, she just sounds so mean and doesn’t seem to want to understand what autism is. And the fact that she feels unsafe with you looking after kids is just weird. I don’t know about you, but I think kids are fun to be around (not in a creepy way I swear). Maybe that’s just my inner kid inside. Lol

Anyway, I’m sorry if this was a bit rude, but read this genuinely made me so angry and upset.

Maybe my followers can give advice too. It always helpful to hear from other people and their insights on things.

I fell asleep after the shower real quick & forgot to msg back but :(((( an answer to ur other answer!!! I always air dry my hair because blow drying it makes it go super frizzy since my hair’s naturally curly/wavy :) But also I didn’t wash my hair last night since it was too late & I just decided to wash it today! Also!!!! I applied finally today to the English program at the uni so I’m somewhat anxious??? But I have strong feelings that I’ll get in :D My grandparents & cousin are taking the 7pm ferry so they’ll arrive around 9pm to my house! And I really had a fun morning catching up with my friend with our hike & we also went out to lunch afterwards as well! Now I’m cleaning up the rest of our house with my brother & ive been feeling okay all day just somewhat slightly anxious over how these next couple of days will be (I hope not busy:( AND!!!

I saw another high-school friend @ Starbucks & i found out he lives near my house LOL but he’s also someone I used to think really good of but I guess my over the top friendliness made it seem like more & in grade 12 my friend asked me if I liked him because he thought I did (even tho I didn’t I was just too friendly & asked him if he was going with someone to grad) :(((( but I mean he was still nice to me today so I hope he doesn’t think that way still because he’s genuinely a funny, lowkey nerdy but doesn’t look like it, good guy and one of the ppl from high school who I’d love to go out for coffee or something with :/ honestly I still think of him as that math loving, Bieber skater hair boy from gr. 8 and though yea he’s gotten more handsome now, he’s still my homie🥺✊🏼 okay but this was way too long & I hope your day goes well and that I may send your gift tomorrow (I say that all the time HELP LOL) but I hope you’re eating well & sleeping well as well >:( ♥️✨💖❤️💗❣️
