Just did a whole rowing outing with my footplate attached upside down I want to dieeeeeee
#uh here’s the thing you can’t particularly row or at least not we’ll with your feet not in your shoes#since the pressure comes through pressing the feet#so anyway not only were my feet not in my shoes but my feet were also too low down and the shoes were too loose bc they’d become partially#detached so. literally horrible#you especially can’t row at all when you’re doing front - end drills which we did for literally 2km+… girl I was dying#I nearly ejector crabbed out of the boat worst day of my life 😞#but then the coach was like I could see you made a real step forward in your back end separation thoigh well done#and I’m like ?? girl I was fighting for my life but ok
