yknow, we never really get much information abt steve cob's family in the show and all but there were a few mentions at some live QnAs, one of them told that his parents probably didn't care at all about his technological inventions and how that affects the way he treats mephone4's interests.

i now wonder if steve cobs also created meeple as some form of rebellion agaisnt them in a similar way to how inanimate insanity was a rebellion agaisnt cobs. for him to go out of his way to make what his parents didn't support. but then it also comes to mind what mephone4 says in the finale, that despite everything, it was still like he was doing it all for him. and well, the show indeed has brought a considerate amount of bad things to everyone involved, and it was a pretty bad coping mechanism-

could something similar also be happening with meeple if we consider it as a parallel to the show???? like, that being one of the reasons to why cobs acts like that

there's also Justin's newest livestream that also had a cobs thing, saying that he kind of feels the 'void' that losing contact with his parents them created, and that he seeks this comfort of a 'home', that being why he says "we're going home" at the end of ii17 and all. that could mean cobs is still somewhat impacted by his parents so--

idk i tried to formulate something readable here but idk. i fear for our future. (this all started with bow by the way. why does it have to be steven paul cobs out of all characters)
