#I think I’m going Team Hug but Team Fistbump keeps getting more appealing the more I think about Team Fistbump getting fistbumps in game

Current Splatfest Dilemma:
Handshake: My go to if I’m interacting with strangers in a professional setting or when my first impression might have strong consequences (ie meeting my partner’s parents)
Hug: My FR go to since I really only interact with family and friends and physical touch is my/our (general) love language
Fistbump: Happens when I’m hyped up/ moment of true camaraderie. Also, Fistbump in game, would look cool to be Team Fistbump and get fistbumps on victory screen.

100 Ways to say I Love You Chapter 54
Don't worry about me (Ladrien)
AO3
“Miraculous Ladybug!” Watching as the miracle cure spread out across the city, Ladybug sighed as she felt the aches and bruises sustained during the fight disappear, leaving her in perfect health once more.
After ensuring that the akuma victim was alright-if a little dazed-and after exchanging her usual fistbump with Chat, Ladybug hurried away to let Tikki recharge before she transformed again.
She had a date to get back to.
Adrien was waiting right where she’d left him on their usual date night rooftop-something she’d been especially glad for tonight considering how destructive the akuma was-and he stood as he saw her approach. She’d barely landed, a greeting on her lips when Adrien strode forward, an unreadable expression on his face, and crushed her to his chest.
Startled, Ladybug took a step back, wrapping her arms around his waist to return the hug. Being held by him was never unwelcome, and Ladybug closed her eyes, relishing in the embrace.
She’d always dreamt of being hugged by Adrien, and she didn’t think she’d ever tire of it-of the way she fit perfectly in his arms; of the way he sometimes buried his face in the crook of her shoulder and then pressed a kiss to her skin; of how strong his arms were—muscled from fencing and all the other extracurriculars he did to keep in shape—when they encircled her and held her to him.
Eventually, when it became apparent that Adrien wasn’t about to let go, Ladybug pulled away-reluctantly-searching Adrien’s face for his thoughts.
“Nice to see you too,” she teased, leaning forward to peck him on the lips, but he remained tense and she frowned, bringing a hand up to stroke his cheek softly. “What is it, Adrien?”
Adrien leaned into her touch, his eyes slipping shut for a moment, seeming to gather his courage before opening his eyes again. “You need to be more careful out there,” he said, a fierce intensity in his green eyes that she hadn’t seen before. “I was watching the fight and…” He faltered “it was bad.”
“Oh, Adrien…”
“I’ve noticed the akumas getting worse—” he continued “what if you get seriously hurt some day? You’re not-you’re not invincible, and-and—” he cut off abruptly, jaw clenching as he looked away.
For a long moment, they stood in silence—Adrien seeming at a loss for words, and Ladybug simply trying to gather her thoughts. Truthfully, today's fight had been a close call-it had been a while since they’d dealt with one so destructive, so she understood why Adrien worried. But being careful just wasn’t an option half the time, and how could she make him a promise that she knew in her heart she could not keep?
“Don’t worry about me,” Ladybug began, cringing at how useless a platitude it sounded. Plowing on quickly, her mind raced, trying to put words to her thoughts as Adrien turned his attention to her, his gaze sharp. “Look, I can’t-I can’t make any promises, not when I have a duty to protect, but... I’m not alone.” She smiled slightly, thinking of her partner.
“I have Chat Noir with me—we’re a team, and so you don’t have to worry about me—I’ll be fine.” She met his gaze steadily, reassuringly. “I always am.”
Something flashed in Adriens eyes at the mention of Chat, and then he exhaled, nodding slowly. “Alright,” his shoulders dropped, losing some of their tension and he nodded again. “Yeah, you’re right,” he said. “I guess I’m just a worrier.”
“Well I think it’s sweet.”
He scoffed. “Sure.”
“It is!” Ladybug exclaimed, latching onto the opportunity to break the somber mood that surrounded them. “What isn’t sweet about my lovely, handsome, caring boyfriend worrying about me? No wonder every teenage girl in Paris wishes you were her boyfriend.”
Adrien snorted. “Totally. It has nothing to do with me being a model or anything, right?”
“Well…” she drawled, crossing her arms behind his neck and playing with his hair. “I have to admit...that’s definitely part of the appeal.” She drew his head down, leaning up on her tiptoes until their mouths were a hair's breadth apart.
“Now,” Ladybug whispered, eyes flicking up to meet his “I believe we were in the middle of something when we were so rudely interrupted.”
“Oh yeah?” At her nod, Adrien smirked, grabbing hold of her waist and pulling her flush against him. “I’m not sure I recall that,” dipping his head low, he brought his lips to her ear, breath tickling her skin and sending a pleasurable shiver down her spine. “Would you like to remind me?”
Ladybug was only too happy to oblige.
