Ngl... while I do understand the strength of a certain ship that is canon, narratively-wise, Lunter hits stronger for me. Like the idea of star-crossed lovers constantly reincarnated and yet facing the same big bad each time who keeps them separate? That's some tasty shit right there 🍲

From the visual contrast to the parallels between them and Caleb/Evelyn, they're!!! Such a fun pair!! Like I could make my arguments for lunter all I want but in the end, it's just good! it's got so much appeal in many aspects and is SO compelling to me personally. I like em lots. Lunter my beloved.

And yes, same here! I can respect Lumity as an amazing win (plus how unabashedly pride flags and queerness were shown in the latest ep!) while still finding Luz and Hunter to have a much more enjoyable relationship to mess around with in my fanon worldscape.
