#I’m sorry for my half asleep ramblings I just had many OOC ranting convos today & had thoughts to compile

Well.. today’s random thoughts or fodder from ooc convo, no particular order:

Law is an affectionate (but slightly paranoid) drunk. He’s also a bit of a lightweight. [tbd who can drink more between him @cptnslog ‘s Robin.]

Law is a lecturer. Someone (not to name any names but looking at you, Penguin & Shachi) - does something stupid on the Tang? Fall in, fam, we’re about to go over ALL THE RULES — AGAIN. (“And why do we wear the boiler suits, Penguin?”)

Law understands a lot of stuff in people even if he can no longer relate. For example, realistically he knows he can’t fault someone for believing “oh the government is good and will protect us and would never lie to us” if they haven’t been given reason to believe otherwise. (To a point. There does come a time or there are certain situations where it’s one’s responsibility to look at things for themselves.)

Thought I default most to for a post-canon future verse for Law: traveling doctor, not sure if any of the Hearts stay together/pirates or go do their own thing afterwards but I lean toward the latter.

I need to add this onto one of my bigger HCs I wrote up but I do hc Law went back to his home (not the hospital) after things went Really Bad Really Quickly and did manage to take a few items with him. I believe I wrote them down as his mom’s journal, like a hair tie/barrette or two of Lami’s, and a stethoscope and/or a pair of his dad’s glasses but I need to go back and find it before I type the whole thing up.

Don’t hide wounds/illness from him. There’s layers here - but don’t do it. (I mean obviously do it for the drama, y’all. But don’t do it.)

Please let him do his caretaking thing okay.
