my opinion on;

character in general: aaaa so many characters so I’ll limit it to the ones I’ve interacted with!

Dazai: A versatile Gremlin??? So many facets, so many moods. A Complex Boi.We love him.

Tachihara: Over the last few months I have developed a deep and all-consuming love for Tachihara he’s an absolute badass and a sweetheart.

I haven’t had a chance to interact with Tetcho but what I’ve seen has been super impressive!!

how they play them: aaAAAAAA okay Kit are u ready. for this. bc I absolutely adore your Dazai? He’s so versatile and you’re not afraid to switch moods/threads with him while still maintaining that iconic Dazai-esque voice and those mannerisms! As for Tachihara, I wasn’t actually thinkin’ abt him much when I started here but u have singlehandedly made me love him. I see your Tachihara on my dash responding to others and I’m like??? I love this boy? Is it weird that I read everything for him you post? whoops. (brutal honesty lmfao)

Fandoms You Write For: Right now it’s mostly just Carry On, I’ve occasionally written some Caleb/Adam for The Bright Sessions, but that’s about it for the past couple years. (In all my time on this here website I’ve written for Maximum Ride, Glee, and Hamilton - those were my phases.)

Most Popular Multi-Chapter Story: By a LONG shot that is ‘domestic life was never quite my style’, also a Hamilton fic, and honestly probably my favorite thing I’ve written from any fandom - it was fun and fulfilling to write, and I loved all of the conversations it brought out tbh

Favourite Story You Wrote: As I said in the last one, my favorite thing i’ve ever written was domestic life - but I’m also very fond of a fic I co-authored with @paperthinrevolutionary, ‘Figure it Out’. 

Story You were Nervous to Post: I was actually really nervous to post ‘simon snow’s guide to the perfect pride’. I didn’t feel like I had a good grasp on the character’s yet, but I really wanted to write something for pride and I wanted to explore the whole situation with Simon and his understanding of his sexuality - but ultimately, I’m so so pleased with it. 

How Do You Choose Your Titles: I think of two very dumb ideas for a title, then I either think of a third that’s actually good or I just decide to go with one of the dumb ones - when in doubt, i go with way too many words. (see: simon snow’s guide to the perfect pride & the one with baz’s ridiculous beauty routines) (also, never capitalize apparently) 

Do You Outline: Uhmm. It depends. Sometimes I’ll at least have a very rough outline of the plot, most of the time I have a vague plot line in my head and in my head alone - because I’m not a responsible writer. 

Complete: 56, and that’s not including some ficlets I’ve not put on AO3 - and only since I started writing Hamfic (I orphaned like all of my Glee/MR fic lmfao) 

In-Progress: According to AO3, 8 - 1 of those is actually complete, just isn’t marked, and 6 of those are abandoned from my Ham days (whoops)

1 of those I really need to work on. But I also have like 3 separate oneshots in my notes that I’ve not finished, as well as some ficlet prompts in my drafts here.

Upcoming Story You Are Most Excited to Write: Uhmmmmm, I actually don’t have any Big Stories planned - I need to take a look back at bracing for a storm because that kind of got... left behind. I’m excited for all the new fic that’s gonna come out of finally reading Wayward Son tbh (don’t worry, that’ll be put off until it’s safe and hopefully no one will be spoiled)

12.) have you ever written a fic and decided not to publish it? Why?

basicalllyyyy what had happened was that i tried writing a dragon batfam au and then realized just how much world building i would have to do to explain like. everything. so its just sitting in my drafts until i work up the nerve to worldbuild it lmfao

13.) Whats the biggest change between your style when you started in fandom and today?

well my fics now actually have plots and theyre not just two people chilling in various places while yelling at each other. better grammar, punct, and I’m writing more characters now that I have in the past

33.) Is there any particular character whose scenes always wind up being longer/more frequent than you expected? Does the quality hold up?

Honestly probably Barbara Gordon. I love getting into her head and taking out all of her insecurities and placing them on a platter before her and making her attempt to confront them. I think the quality holds up, but whenever i write her I tend to get a bit rambly because theres just so much to unpack and i only have ten fingers to type.

45.) If you had to call yourself an author a single genre (besides fanfic) what label would you give yourself?

Erotica laksjdflakjdflaf honestly I’ve written more erotica than anything else
