Welcome to Daily Audio Bible Chronological, I'm China. Today is the 12th day of September,  Welcome. So glad that you are here with us today, reading the word of the Lord together. Today,  day we continue on in the book of Ezekiel with chapters 46 through 48, and we are in the New International Version for this week. 

Prayer

God, I thank you that you are always in our midst. You are constantly wanting to bring forth rebuilding, restructuring, redemption. I thank you that you are a God who knows when to say enough is enough. You're a God who knows when it's time to rebuild. You are a God who knows what our hearts need at all times. And I just thank you that you're a God who cares and a God who knows. And so I just pray that we would be people who know how to surrender to you, and that we would be a people who know how to trust you, and that we would be people who desire to know your Word. And to understand how things worked out for people, or how it didn't work out so well for them and that we would be Willing to Put things into play and and to take things with a grain of salt and to remember these stories of ancestors long, long ago. And so, Lord, I just thank you for your word and what a gift it is to us. It's your name we pray,  Amen.

I'm just asking for prayer for my husband who he's just struggling so much and he's in such a dark place and and just wants to take his life and he talks to me about that often and. And he's just losing faith in God and and I don't know what to do or how to pray because it's been for years and years that we've been in this place and and we have a son a newborn like a baby son and I just, I don't know how to pray anymore and I need help. I need your help.Thank you.

Hello, this is Cindy from Kansas. I've got a couple prayer requests tonight. I have a friend of mine that just asked me to pray for her and I would like to pass it along. She lives near Dallas, TX. She has fought a terminal cancer for about 12 years now and she now is Needing help with having enough funds to pay for her A place to live. So if you could pray for her and her finances and just keep her in your prayers, she names Montica. Also, I'd like to pray for Christy from Kentucky. I haven't heard much from her this year and I know the last time she had called in Her husband was not doing very well, so I would just like to pray for her as well. Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for taking care of us. Thank you for loving us, and thank you for giving us this wonderful Community to share in and to learn from. Lord, we lift up Montica tonight and we just pray that you would take care of her as you have for for so many years. Lord, just be with her and Lord, We just lift her up and pray that she will look to you, Lord, to help her. I also pray for Christy from Kentucky. Lord, you know all the situations. You know her situation, You know her husband. Umm, I just asked for you to take care of these two women and their families. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Hello DABC, This is Aaron from Houston. I have two prayers, one of them Is kind of an urgent prayer request and the other is a massive, massive praise. So I have one cousin name named Bill. He's he's been missing for Couple of days now. We are not sure where he's at or what's going on. We're kind of hoping he just turns up. But he's not been responsive. Nobody's been able to get in contact with. So, Be praying that we find him that he's OK. Umm That this is just a misunderstanding, but he hasn't shown up at work so.That's that's concerning. There's not much we can do about it until we until we find out he's already been reported, so please be praying that he he come back. And that he's he's OK. As for the praise, it's my other cousin, Kevin. Who over, Since after years and years and years of just all sorts of struggles and torments and mental problems and Other things he's finally, finally been seeing counseling, and it's been having amazing results. Um, he's been seeing breakthrough now. And he's he's trying to get a job and he's excited about the jobs He's trying to get. One of them 's just a regular.Job at a restaurant and the other one is, 1 At a theater. He's trying to get into some acting, and that's going to be really big for him because he tends to be fairly theatrical, and I think that'll be really good for him. So just be praying that he get both jobs, that he work well with them and that he can hold them this time. Thank you so much, DABC. Please lift them both up in your prayer, Thank you.

Good morning, DAB. This is Carrie from Baltimore. First I wanted to thank Faith filled Mama and Leicester from the UK for praying for my daughter and my son-in-law, Russell, who was paralyzed in a mountain biking accident. Just a little update. They are moved in. They moved here to Baltimore to be closer to me and our family. And they are getting settled in. And my daughter actually got a job, which is great. She's not starting until the middle of November, which is even better so that we can get Russell started on an outpatient therapy program, which is going to start next week. So all good things are happening now and Russell's brother moved in. He relocated as well from Pittsburgh, so it is definitely taking a village and we just have a really good village. So I am praising the Lord for that. I wanna also lift up Moses and Daniel with their separation. Um, anxiety disorders and, I also want to give a praise shout out to the lady that called about her son graduating school. It's just amazing. Love you guys. I hope you have a wonderful day and thank you again.

Our pair for May have been working so hard this month and we can't wait to see what they've crafted! It's time to start thinking about next month, though, so let's get to it!

Below, you will find information from the alpha for this month. This information should help you determine if this month’s alpha is someone you could work with.

Only the Pond admins will be able to see your username. The alpha will not know who you are. We hope this brings together people who maybe wouldn’t otherwise find each other, so this application process will be blind.

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS MIDNIGHT, PACIFIC TIME, ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH JUNE 4TH!.

Based on the application information, the alpha will pick a mentee. Only after the mentee is chosen will the alpha know who they have chosen.

The pair will decide if they want a list of prompts to choose from, or if they want to work on a story idea the mentee has had on the back burner.

Together, they will create beautiful words.

The mentee will post their work on their own blog and submit it to the Pond for posting and to be added to the Program masterpost.

If there are any questions or concerns throughout, @mrswhozeewhatsis will be the point person/mediator!

Story requirements/parameters:

Must be SPN fan fiction.

All ships/pairings/kinks/genres allowed. The only restrictions are those set by the alpha and the mentee.

Use a Keep Reading cut if your story is more than 500 words.

Tag your story with the appropriate trigger warning tags and list them in the author’s note.

There is no minimum or maximum word count for this. We don’t expect a novel, but hope for a one-shot.

The story idea MUST be something the mentee has not written or posted, yet. Ideally, to get the most out of this experience, the mentee will only have a couple of sentences about a vague idea, at most. We will provide a list of prompts if you like.

We would prefer that this not be Part 1 of a series. We don’t want to ask the alpha to commit to something larger than a one-shot. If the idea turns into more, and the mentee is willing to continue without the alpha, or the alpha is willing to continue working on the story after the month is done, then that is up to the alpha and the mentee.

Please write a couple of sentences to give writers a feel for your style and approach to alpha reading. For example, what is your main focus when it comes to storytelling (i.e. details, feelings, actions)? Are you willing to help with flow or pacing? If a writer is having trouble with a certain sentence, are you willing to offer rewording/restructuring suggestions? Do you feel comfortable offering notes on the story if you feel like something is missing or needs more work?

Though I'm comfortable helping with sentence structure and similar things but English is, in fact, my second language. So there might be times where my brain might not English. I can help with brainstorming stories, dialogues or just being a cheerleader for completing whatever someone is working on.

What do you feel your weaknesses are when writing or alpha reading? For example, do you have trouble with dialogue or action scenes? Is there a particular grammar aspect you have trouble with?

I sometimes struggle with descriptions for setting a scene but dialogues are my strength.
