hi rahul!! oh no tumblr loves to eat my asks, haha. i think i just said that my fav petekao scene was in all the little acts and demonstrations of love they did for each other. i did finish dbk these last few days and wow. im just so overwhelmed by how good it was. the messages conveyed throughout the show really just hit home on so many occasions. i still just love kao so dearly and i relate to him so much on so many things. im just. my heart feels so warm to know they were able to be happy.

i think one thing that surprised me was how attached i got to mork! the more the show went on, the more i just absolutely adored him & he ended up my fav character. morksuns rship was just developed so well and i felt so endeared by them. ugh!! everything about dbk was just such a lovingly crafted and beautiful story and i already wanna rewatch the whole thing! there were so many times that i was in tears from how deeply i felt for pete and kao. i really get your love for them now. - 🐯

helloooo nonnie! i’m so glad you enjoyed dbk, it truly is such a labour of love and i adore it in all its glory. kao is one of my most favourite characters in the world - as said before, i relate so much to him, his problems, and how he deals or doesn’t deal with them. their happy ending means the world to me, i remember sobbing at the dbk finale and how pete and kao finally held hands in public and had their happy ending together after growing apart, and every time i rewatch it, i get a little teary-eyed, honestly. and aaaaah morkie! he’s a silent favourite of mine, he’s just so rough-tough and snarky with such a soft side behind his exterior, and honestly... those kinds of characters are my favourite. i wish we’d gotten to see more of the friendship between him and pete, because i think they could have been absolutely glorious. i just am incredibly thrilled you liked the series and know that you’re not alone in your wish to rewatch immediately, because i rewatch parts of dbk every day... it means the world to me. honestly i think if you quiz me on a moment, i’d probably know the episode AND part of it haha 💛
