Battle malec?? I want to see boyfriends who fight together

As you can tell from reading this, I’ve never written a battle scene, so Inhope it turned out ok XD. Enjoy :-)

There were four demons left standing, and Alec was exhausted. Jace and Izzy had to call him in last minute because the horde was bigger than they anticipated. He was on a date with Magnus, and didn’t want to leave him, but his siblings needed him. Magnus convinced him to let him come along, and he turned out to be a great battle partner. Jace and Izzy had two demons, and him and Magnus had two demons.

���Just two left, Magnus, we got this!” Alec said. He set an arrow in his bow, and aimed at one of the two demons. Magnus was a few yards away, confronting the other. “How are you holding up?”

“I’m doing great, my dear. I haven’t had this much fun fight demons in a long time.” He said, a big orb of blue magic forming in his hand.

“It’s not exactly supposed to be fun,” Alec said, releasing the arrow into the demon, “but I’m guessing that you mean fighting demons with me is the most fun you’ve had fighting demons?” His arrow did a significant amount of damage, but it mostly just weakened it, so he had to bring in a seraph blade.

“Of course, Alexander, what else would I mean?” Said Magnus, a smirk evident in his voice. One final blow of his magic completely obliterated the demon.

The last demon whipped out it’s tentacles, and was getting ready to attack Alec with them, when he charged forward with his seraph blade to stab the demon, and it exploded in a mixture of ichor and dust. Alec, then, collapsed on the ground in exhaustion, and was in,y able to sit up. “By the Angel.” He murmured to himself.

Magnus rushed over to kneel down next to him and said, “Wow, Alexander, that was amazing!” Magnus then cupped his hand around Alec’s neck, and pulled him in for a kiss. Alec started to kiss back after a few moments, and met himself enjoy it. After they parted, they both wrapped their arms around each other.

“You did great, Magnus.” Alec said into Magnus’s ear.

“Hmm, well, you didn’t do so bad your self.” Magnus said back.

That is when Jace and Izzy finally caught up to them. “That was great, you guys, we saw the whole thing!” Izzy said, pride beaming in her eyes. “You two make great battle partners.”

“Yeah, I guess we do, don’t we?” Alec said, looking over a Magnus fondly.

“We should start heading back to the Institute. We need to wash the ichor off of us before it does any damage.” Jace said urgently.

“Do you want to join us Magnus?” Alec asked.

“Sure, why not. Then we can portal back to the apartment after we’re done. How does that sound?”

“That sounds great.” Alec replied, smiling brightly at him. Magnus then reached out his hand, and Alec latched on with his own,mans the two of them walked hand-in-hand back to the Institute.
