コーヒーの生豆の自家焙煎からコーヒーカップに落とすところまで。 コーヒー豆はインドネシアのマンデリン。 ハンドメイドの焙煎器「穂高」（私が作ったのではなく購入）を使って焙煎しました。 豆が直接火に当たらないように炭をおいてます。 蓋を閉じて、温度計をみながら、温度と時間のタイムスケジュールにあわせて焙煎します。２爆ぜでストップ。 とても良い香りがします。 美味しいコーヒーができます。

From the roasting of the raw coffee beans to the coffee cup. Coffee bean is Mandelin in Indonesia. I roasted it using a handmade hand-cranked roasting machine. I placed charcoal so that the fire did not hit the beans directly. Close the lid, while roasting the thermometer, roast according to the time schedule of temperature and time. Stop with the second explosion. You smell so good. I can make delicious coffee.
