Actor!Wally AU Story Lore!
Okay!!! I've been sitting on a bunch of unfinished images but I wanna share this now! I'll update the pics as they get finished~

Jay is a 20-something that moved to a larger city about a year or two ago. She was born and raised in a pretty small town, and being the oldest of her two other siblings, was set to inherit the farm her family owned. She really hated how secluded she was from everything, and decided to set off to a nearby city to make something of herself. She might even go to college, she told them!

The learning curve was really harsh to this formerly-sheltered girl. She brought some money with her she saved up, but that was gone before she knew it. She luckily managed to get a job and apartment before actually becoming homeless.

 One thing she had always liked was crafting and sewing and found herself doing such in her free time. She got fairly good at it. It was one day she ran into one of her puppet neighbors that had managed to get a pretty large tear in their arm. She offered to fix them up! Word spread around and soon enough Jay had a little community of puppets around her asking for repairs and she happily obliged.

This actually worked out well for Jay. Eventually she had puppets asking for cosmetic things, like decorative embroidery and such on their bodies. Jay charged a small fee for these services. Word got around enough that Jay actually got accepted for temporary jobs that she applied for, and she basically became an independent contractor of sorts. Along with her cosmetic services and selling her plushies she began making, she made an okay living.

Later she gets accepted to a ‘floater’ position for Welcome Home Productions, covering for people that call in. Normally she would probably bounce from how stressful the set is, but the better pay and more reliable work opportunities keeps her there for now. Plus, she enjoys her tasks at work! She often makes props, consults for costume designing, and other things alike.

THE MEET~~
Jay of course knew of Wally Darling before, often passing him by or watching as he worked on set. His reputation and behavior toward staff kept her pretty wary of him and she steered clear.
Too bad that she was covering for his seamstress one day! And how unfortunate that she needed to fix up an outfit he was currently wearing! Lmao. She really did expect him to bite her head off, but much to her surprise he wasn’t too bad. Small talk between them led to her explaining the other odd jobs and commissions she takes, as well as an off-hand mention about mending puppet injuries. Wally takes a bit of interest in that, how strange that a human chooses to do that? As soon as she’s done with the costume fix up she skitters off because he still intimidates her lol.

Seeing that he wasn’t as bad as his reputation said, Jay forms a little crush on him throughout her time on set. She jumped at the opportunity of a blind date with him! He’s awkward and she finds it cute and flirts with him a bit. Probably after this date, they became somewhat friendlier towards each other and chat at work when they get the chance.

Though she has a little community of puppet neighbors for company, Jay lives alone. She gets really lonely sometimes, as her best friends became long distance when she moved
Maybe her loneliness is why she has so many plushies. She basically is surrounded by them when she sleeps.
She is quiet and polite to associates. To friends, she indulges in strange humor and is pretty goofy. She’s a bit too sensitive for her own good and will get pretty sad if she thinks her friends are upset with her.
Jay’s clothing style is a mishmash of cutesy-pastel and punkish. She likes fem and androgynous clothes best. She can’t afford many outfits anyways tho-

Round one is over! The winners who’ll be making their way to the second round are the Pacific white-sided dolphin, the sperm whale (just barely!), the La Plata river dolphin, the Southern right whale, the Indus River dolphin, the Yangtze finless porpoise, the Irrawaddy dolphin, the fin whale, the Australian snubfin dolphin, the pygmy killer whale, the beluga whale, the dusky dolphin, the vaquita, the Amazon river dolphin, and the pygmy sperm whale! But hang on a moment, that’s only 15! 
Yep, turns out the bowhead whale and the spinner dolphin tied! I’ll be consulting the Very Official tiebreaker committee (my friends) and deciding a winner later today.

On June 29, 2023, Governor J.B. Pritzker signed House Bills 579 and 2296 into law, enacting sweeping changes to Illinois health insurance law that grants the Illinois Department of Insurance (IDOI) expanded regulatory powers. These bills will have significant impacts on consumers and health insurers beginning as soon as 2025.
House Bill 579
H.B. 579 added a new Section 1405-50 to the Illinois Insurance Code and amended certain other provisions of the Insurance Code dealing with Illinois’ health insurance exchange (commonly called the marketplace). This Bill requires IDOI to move the state marketplace from the federal platform to a purely state-based and operated exchange by plan year 2026. The Governor and the sponsors of the bill have said that establishing a state-based exchange will enable Illinois consumers to enroll in Affordable Care Act or Medicaid plans in the same place, take advantage of more enrollment windows than the federal exchange offers, and insulate Illinois health insurance consumers from potential changes to the federal marketplace system and related federal policies. The new system directly addresses recent history where federal funding for organizations that help consumers was significantly reduced and the number of annual enrollment days was cut approximately in half.
House Bill 2296
H.B. 2296 enacted deeper changes to IDOI’s regulatory authority and contained changes that have a much more significant direct impact on Illinois health insurers. Chief among the changes is a requirement that health insurers file rates annually starting in 2025 for plan year 2026, and the granting of new authority to the IDOI, also starting in 2025, to review and approve or disapprove all future individual, large employer, and small group health insurance rate changes. The newly amended statutes also require IDOI to post all filed health insurance rates and summaries on its website, including a justification for any rate increase or decrease (with certain required information). There will also be a 30-day public comment period for all proposed rate changes and IDOI is required to post all comments on its website. IDOI is required to take into account the public comments as well as actuarial justifications for the proposed rate changes in approving or disapproving the change. Rate disapprovals may be appealed and are subject to judicial review under the State Administrative Review Law. There are certain exceptions to this new statutory approval scheme. Finally, H.B. 2296 requires IDOI to report to the Governor and General Assembly annually on health insurance coverage, affordability, and cost trends.
The Bottom Line: Health Insurers Should Start Preparing Now
These recent developments in Illinois insurance law impose significant affirmative compliance requirements on health insurers in Illinois and invite significant additional public and governmental review and contribution into health insurance rate changes. The Illinois health insurance industry should expect IDOI to issue related guidance and implement related rules and regulations regarding the coming changes over the next 1-3 years. Illinois health insurers would be well-advised to consult with insurance regulatory counsel as they begin preparing for the new rate filing and approval process before its impact is felt in 2025.

Voici comment elle en est arrivée à tout migrer sur Notion
Elle raconte
Quand j’ai débuté mon activité en libéral (il y a 10 ans), je rêvais d’avoir un outil d’organisation qui soit tout-en-un.
2016, je découvre le Bullet Journal. Je tombe amoureuse du concept au point d’en faire un blog et qu’un éditeur me propose d’écrire des livres à ce sujet pour participer à faire connaître cet outil en France.
Le bullet, c’était super... Mais ça avait clairement ses limites.
Je décide alors d’utiliser One Note pour créer des dossiers patients, faire un suivi des indus (peu efficace), y mettre quelques notes de lectures en vrac, rassembler les PDF des épreuves de bilans dans un dossier.
Les choses commencent à prendre forme mais rien n’est bien structuré, ni homogène. Il n'y a aucune connexion entre les pages. Je me retrouve avec un agglomérat de pages rangées dans des dossiers. Bof...
Je préfère cependant ça à des dossiers papiers que j’abandonne totalement en 2017.
Fin 2019, j’arrête mon activité d’orthophoniste pour me consacrer au coaching. Trouvant One Note un peu vieillot et manquant de fonctionnalités, je transite vers Trello et utilise cet outil pendant un an avant de découvrir Notion que j'ai finalement totalement adopté (malgré la découverte de nouveaux outils très performants).

Contenu de la Formation
Pour devenir une ORTH'ORGANIZÉE, Voici les 4 étapes que je vais te proposer de suivre :
ETAPE 1 : Se former sur l’utilisation d’un outil performant (Notion) et adapté à la pratique professionnelle des orthoptistes.
Découvre une formation en ligne (e-learning) à suivre à ton rythme pour découvrir les bases de Notion (les blocs de base, la mise en page etc.) et aller plus loin dans l’utilisation de sa fonctionnalité la plus complète : les bases de données (comment fonctionnent les propriétés simples et avancées, les vues, les filtrages etc.)
Passer à côté des bases de données (et des propriétés avancées) dans ton utilisation de Notion, c'est comme faire de la neurovision sans avoir de jeux ultra cool à proposer en séance (Dixit Camille !)
ÉTAPE 2 : S’appuyer sur des pages préexistantes et adaptées à 100% aux problématiques des orthoptistes.
Pour gagner du temps et avoir un système immédiatement fonctionnel.
J’ai passé plusieurs mois à confectionner 27 modèles de pages toutes rassemblées dans une cabine de pilotage destinée spécialement aux orthoptistes.

Il y a trop d’outils sur le marché, on ne sait plus quoi choisir !
Ces outils sont de plus en plus performants mais ils demandent du coup de plus en plus de maîtrise (et donc de temps pour se les approprier).
Je crois que l’être humain est de plus en plus dispersé face à toutes les sollicitations dont il est la victime au quotidien (on ne prend donc pas le temps d'approfondir des outils, on picore !).

Non. Cependant, tu pourras déclarer 20h au crédit d'impôt formation du dirigeant (230 euros si tu es en régime général, 460 euros si tu es en micro-entreprise)
L’O’O est-il adapté pour les étudiant(e)s ?
Non ! Il n’a pas été créé pour soutenir les étudiant(e)s. Les fonctionnalités mises en place sont vraiment spécifiques à la pratique de l’orthoptie en cabinet ou en salariat.
L’O’O est-il adapté à une pratique en salariat ?
La formation Notion généraliste, la bibliothèque de L’O’O, le SAV et l’accès au groupe sont totalement adaptés au salariat. Une partie des modèles de page devra être adaptée, notamment pour la partie finances et gestion de l’administratif mais cela représente peut-être 25% du total. La formation sur les modèles de pages sera tout à fait adaptée pour toutes les pages conservées.
De plus, n’oublie pas que L’O’O, ce n’est pas seulement des modèles de pages. C’est aussi une formation Notion très complète, une formation sur les modèles de pages dans laquelle tu pourras piocher en fonction de ce que tu gardes, une communauté dynamique sur Facebook, un SAV canon pour répondre à toutes tes questions techniques et une bibliothèque de ressources.
En conclusion : Oui, ça vaut le coût même si quelques éléments devront être adaptés !
L’O’O ne va-t-il pas faire doublon avec mon logiciel métier ?
Ça dépend de toi et de ton utilisation du logiciel de télétransmission.
Si tu trouves ton logiciel métier vieillot et peu fonctionnel (comme c’était mon cas lorsque j’avais mon cabinet), alors il y a des chances que tu utilises entre 90 et 100% des modèles de pages que j’ai créés.
Si tu as très bien investi ton logiciel métier, tu n’utiliseras pas la partie financière concernant les actes (suivi des recettes, suivi de règlements) et les quelques propriétés et vues qui concernent le suivi des demandes préalables. Ces BDD (Bases De Données), propriétés et vues concernent peut-être 20% du total des modèles de pages. Il te suffira de les effacer et de profiter des 80% restants. Quoi qu’il en soit, ces modèles de pages ont été créés volontairement pour être TROP complets de sorte à ce que les orthoptistes puissent piocher dans ce qui est utile pour elles.
De plus, n’oublie pas que L’O’O, ce n’est pas seulement des modèles de pages. C’est aussi une formation Notion très complète, une formation sur les modèles de pages dans laquelle tu pourras piocher en fonction de tes besoins, une communauté dynamique sur Facebook, un SAV canon pour répondre à toutes tes questions techniques et une bibliothèque de ressources.

Quid de la protection des données de santé ?
Excellente question ! Notion est conforme au RGPD et utilise des serveurs qui sont agréés pour les données de santé (serveurs AWS qui sont agréés HDS par les autorités françaises - Voir site de l’ANS).
Je ne peux cependant pas (encore) te certifier si cela est suffisant. Les données sensibles sont celles qui associent une donnée personnelle et une donnée de santé. Une donnée sensible est donc une donnée de santé qui peut être associée à une personne déterminée.
Pour faire les choses dans les règles de l’art, il sera important que tu n’indiques aucun élément (unique ou par croisement) qui permette d’identifier clairement une personne en particulier.
L’O’O est-il adapté aussi à des formateurs et directeurs de mémoire ?
La formation est tellement riche qu’en la réalisant, tu sauras comment ajouter une ou deux bases de données spécifiques pour cette partie de ton exercice (si ce n’est pas déjà fait dans les dernières mises à jour de L’O.O). Bien sûr le SAV, la communauté des O’O et l’accès à la bibliothèque seront très riches aussi pour toi !
L’O’O est-il adapté si je suis en remplacement ?
En partie seulement. Bien sûr, comme à chaque fois, la partie formation sera très riche, même pour toi. Cependant, il est possible que tu n’utilises pas une bonne partie des modèles de pages surtout si ton remplacement est très court (c’est différent si ton remplacement est long).
Si tu comptes bientôt arrêter tes remplacements, alors ça vaut le coup de commencer à t’approprier l’outil quelques semaines/mois avant.
Si c’est ton mode d’exercice sur le long terme, alors je t’invite à prendre rendez-vous avec moi afin que je te montre plus en détails ce qu’il y a dans les modèles de pages afin que tu évalues si oui ou non, ça vaut le coup pour toi !
Je ne connais pas du tout Notion, c’est utile aussi pour moi ?
Absolument ! La formation est très détaillée et a été pensée pour être adaptée même pour les personnes qui n’ont jamais utilisé Notion.
Je connais déjà bien Notion, c’est utile aussi pour moi ?
Ça dépend ! Il y a “connaître Notion” et “savoir l’utiliser de manière optimale”. De mon côté, pour atteindre mon niveau de maîtrise actuel, il m’a fallu 3 formations et 3 ans de pratique intensive. Et pour créer seulement les modèles de page de L’O’O, il m’a fallu plus de 250 heures.
Si tu n’utilises pas trop les bases de données (et que Notion ressemble à une accumulation de pages sans lien entre elles) alors clairement, L’O’O va te servir +++
Si tu connais déjà la base de l’utilisation de Notion, tu vas probablement sauter la partie “Formation généraliste” et pouvoir écouter la formation sur le template en accéléré.
Peut-on acheter seulement les modèles de pages ?
Non ! Si j’avais permis cela, par souci d’économie, de nombreuses orthophonistes et orthoptistes n’auraient acheté que les modèles. Et 90% d’entre elles se seraient retrouvées à ne pas savoir l’utiliser et donc auraient été insatisfaites. Et puis ce serait passer à côté de toute la communauté de O’O qui est en train de voir le jour et ce serait dommage !
Combien de temps est accessible la formation ?
Il n’y a pas de limite ! Tant que ma société existe, la formation sera accessible.
