Pianogram

Trying out an AR app on Quest 3 that is meant to be a rhythm game for your piano. I suppose it is also possible to learn a song via repetition if you are good at such things. It was a little tricksy, but I had a little fun with it, and my Whiskey in the Jar definitely improved by the end.

Christmas With My Memories (Heartfelt Christmas Song, Written by Me)

This is the second most personally meaningful thing I've ever posted on YouTube, only behind my memorial to Angel.

I've had the framework for this in my head for a couple of years now, but lacking the ability to sing it's just been gestating. I was hoping one day to come upon free quality Voice Cloning so that my own voice could be used to create this song, but a huge thanks to Suno AI for fulfilling that role in the here and now.

As a middle-aged human, more people have left my life one way or another than I care to count. Every time a friend marries, has kids, moves away, every time a girlfriend decides she doesn't really love me, every time a family member leaves my life through choice or death it is a little piece of heart and memory stored away for the time we had, and the adventures we could have had if things had worked out differently.

Remembrance doesn't have to be sad and depressing. It is good to remember that you loved and were loved. You may even lose some tears for those you've lost, but remember the love, and move on to enjoy the time you have left with those you still have. Merry Christmas!

Unlike the other songs I have posted thus far, these lyrics are 100% my own. Suno sang them and created the melody. I further edited the song in Audacity and in Video Pad. Photo Editor by dev.MacGyver was used for the Title & Credit images. VideoPad was used for video composition and lyric scrolling.
