Scott Summers speaks to me on a personal autistic level in Marvel Snapshots and I want to talk about it a little bit

Trying to be helpful bc you know something and being told you're weird for it

Obsessed with the Fantastic Four/superheroes (same) and being especially drawn to them bc they're different like him (I mean his favourite is Reed who's also autistic/heavily autistic coded in most comics, and again SAME, Scott)

Thinking you just need to figure out one thing and suddenly all the strange things about you will make sense

Being obsessive about his interests (HARD RELATE I GET LIKE THIS A LOT)

Ignoring real life things/responsibilities bc he's so focused on something he's obsessed with (in this case seeing a member of the Fantastic Four)

Thinking that other autistic people who seem to have it all 'together' have figured out how to almost be allistic/completely understand the world like an allistic person when really you never will and that's fine!! (idk how to word this bit right for iykyk I guess?? Basically I will never fully 'get it' with some things that make sense to allistics but that's fine)

I came all the way over here from your Stupid Dogboy fic on ao3, I saw your latest update asking for some feedback on NSFW, and since I'm still on the waiting list I couldn't leave a comment; but you should go for it! I absolutely adore the dynamic between koga + jonesy and I'd love to see it be explored in a more intimate way! you don't need to respond if you don't want this kind of stuff on your blog, but I just really wanted you to get an opinion! :)

TYSM for the feedback! I've definitely been leaning towards posting it but honest to god the only thing that had me hesitant was literally just a fear of alienating people who don't want to read or see those kinds of things. I post my content because it makes ME happy but I also do care about the people who enjoy my works.

I think when I do get around to posting it I'll probably just add them to the pre-existing fic collection instead of uploading a new one because I like being organized and making another will make me explode. I'll just give a big ol warning for people who want to skip/avoid the chapters. Basically the same as what I'm doing for my ns/fw twitter, I have content of them on there but keep it locked down so people don't just stumble upon it in the tags 😅
